The location of the hotel is great — not too far from downtown. It’s walkable, but driving is definitely faster. The place is clean, and the service is excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The hotel’s restaurant-bar serves delicious food at reasonable prices. I’ll definitely stay here again.

location is quite far from town proper. hot tub is too small, and nothing great about it. room is quite bigger though, but nothing much about it.

The hotel is located on the east side of Banff Park, about 24 kilometers from Banff Town. It is outside Banff Park and needs to enter and exit Banff Park. It is more convenient to have a park annual pass. The hotel room is large, with coffee and drinking water, and a microwave at the front desk.

The hotel is new and clean, with unique design. It is also very convenient to Banff. The only drawback is that the air conditioner in the room is noisy.

Although I have lived here for many days, I am still amazed every time I see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The entire planning of Canmore is relatively more relaxed and comfortable. The hotel can get on the highway right outside. It is very convenient to go shopping and eating in the city center and surrounding areas. It is not as noisy and crowded as the town of Banff. The Indians at the front desk were indifferent and didn't say hello! Their attitude was not ideal. The whole hotel was dark and depressing! The layout of the hotel rooms was unreasonable, and the bedrooms were very small! The sanitary environment was not good! The shower room in the toilet disgusted me, and the drain was clogged with hair! The next day, I found that I didn't take away two new cleansers. I contacted Ctrip and the hotel to communicate, but they said they didn't have them! Rubbish hotel
