it is nearest hotel to train station so i prefered it . But near hotel there is no have any shop . And breakfast is not good for foreigner. Staff couldnt speaks english

I contacted the front desk and room service and was informed that there were no other available rooms and that I could use some aromatherapy. . . ? ? ? I'm confused, the room is full at 12 noon? What does an empty guest room with the door open mean? The service is also unsatisfactory. Asking for a bottle of water at the front desk is stingy. It bears the IHG brand and uses Mr. Kang’s cheap water. Do you still care about it so much? Breakfast is even more, speechless. The cleanliness of the tableware, the quality and taste of the dishes all make the name "international chain" seem extremely ironic. For example, my room only has thick curtains but no gauze curtains. The electric button is broken and cannot be pulled or opened manually. The TV projection equipment also broke down repeatedly. Engineers spent a long time repairing it but to no avail. It turned out to be a device authorization issue. These problems have long been solved in other Smart Hotels, but here they have become insurmountable obstacles. In order to calm me down, the front desk lied and claimed that all rooms had no gauze curtains and that the TVs were being adjusted. However, when I compared it with the engineer, the lie was instantly exposed. Not only did this operations manager neglect his duties, he even refused to provide external connections such as technical support from network operators. He asked me, a guest, to coordinate internal matters for colleagues. It was really a disgrace to the group. What is even more ridiculous is that when I borrowed a fork, my front office colleague first said that the fork was a dangerous item and could not be borrowed, but then changed his mind and said that there was no such thing at all. At breakfast, the head chef put a lot of chili pepper into the student group's dishes in order to save budget. When I approached him because I couldn't eat spicy food, he first hid in the toilet and then made an excuse to go home. I had no choice but to ask for service at the front. Sister, help me either rinse off the chili peppers in the ingredients, or take out the cooked ingredients from the kitchen and rinse them directly with water, just like hot pot. I can still eat them, thanks to these elder sisters. At the same time, I heard the students next to me complaining that the breakfast was extremely questionable. The price of this hotel with the Smart Select brand is as high as 267 for InterContinental Group members, but it is only 150 on the third-party platform. Please be sure to think twice when choosing, and don’t let “smart selection” turn into “blind selection”.
