Sky Ville Hotel Canela Reviews

I would like to record the service I received from two reception employees (I don't remember their names) one with a beard and the other with shaved hair... when we arrived on 12/23/23 my wife checked in, there were two rooms, one of them for my brother-in-law and his mother, when we entered the room we realized that one of them was not as requested and confirmed over the phone a month before…..otherwise I would not have booked this hotel…..I then went to reception to request a room with the features requested, which were two single beds, an option in the reservation itself......to my surprise, one of the attendants started to tell me that the option didn't exist, that I couldn't choose as it was the hotel's policy, he told me in front of the guests that my rooms were standard (in other words, poor according to what he said), I retorted and demanded as I had booked, I spoke louder when the other suggested that my baby sleep between mine and my wife and that I change rooms with my brother-in-law and mother-in-law…..the one with shaved hair suggested that I leave the hotel if I wasn't happy and even told me to never book in that hotel again, all this scandal in front of the guests who were there…..and after that they changed the rooms as requested when booking !!!!! I leave this report not for my own benefit, as I will actually NEVER stay there again, sorry for the other employees who served us well, but as a warning to others, be prepared as there are two employees at reception who do not honor the company that pays them salaries !!!!

O atendimento nota 10 , porém acho que quando vcs confirmassem a reserva deveria estar escrito ali que no hotel vão cobrar taxa de serviço , no meu só veio escrito que teria que pagar no hotel uma taxa de 7,82 e quando cheguei lá na hora da saída cobraram quase 50 reais de taxa de servico creio que tenha q ser especificado logo abaixo dos valores para poder fazer uma comparacao entre sites

Bom custo-benefício.

Hotel com bom café da manhã, na minha opinião deve um pouco na questão de limpeza da varanda, porém quartos bem limpinhos, pegamos um quarto de casa e estava com duas camas d solteiro isso é um ponto negativo, pois apenas juntaram duas camas e ficou bem desconfortável pra dormir, no demais vale o preço sim.

Excelente custo-benefício!!! Somente não gostei que me cobraram taxa de serviço (10%) sobre as diárias que paguei adiantado pelo aplicativo.

Estivemos com as crianças de 4 e 7 anos e os Avós. Hotel limpo, calmo e confortável. Café da manhã muito completo e saboroso. Já viajamos o mundo todo e sempre ficamos impressionados com a hospitalidade de canela e gramado.

O hotel em si é bom, porém tinha bastante poeira no quarto (tenho renite) então acabou atacando bastante, e as psicinas não estavam ficando quentes, acabamos nem conseguindo usar.

Este hotel já foi melhor. Quando era o Klein Ville hotel. Agora caiu bastante sua qualidade, principalmente na recepção..um horror.. Funcionários sem o menor profissionalismo. Muito fraco. Mas tirando o a recepção o resto ainda está bom.

Recepção cordial e quarto confortável. Porém, para minha surpresa, no check out foi cobrado um valor adicional de R$ 17,84 como "taxa de serviço". Informado pela recepção que a diária registrada como pagamento no sistema do hotel não havia sido de R$ 204,41 mas de um valor menor em R$ 17,84. Está sendo cobrado no meu cartão de crédito o valor de R$ 205,19 (fatura do cartão) + R$ 2,46 (tx de turismo paga na recepção = correto). No final a diária está com o preço de R$ 205,19 + R$ 2,46 + R$ 17,84 = R$ 225,49! É preciso informações mais claras dos preços das diárias no site da Trip.com. R$ 17,84 poderia ser reembolsado/ estornado.
