Close to everything as well as the beach

It is a hotel with a swimming pool in a nice house. I had fun and it was quiet and cozy. I highly recommend Sea Breeze Resort

0 STAR. Pathetic resort , Honestly not recommended at all .Worst hotel stayed ever, please please please do not pay your hard earned money here- 1. No hot water in bathrooms, if asked they will say wait for sometime 2. They provide used towels, very unhygienic 3. Don't even provide blankets 4. No reception landline, you will need to go and tell personally. There is no room service and staff is very rude. 5. No water bottle in room 6. They don't give AC remote, you can only ON/OFF AC from main switch and cant adjust temp 7. Staff is so rude and literally hide face when see any client to avoid help 8. Rooms were very dirty with ants and lizards and lots of mosquitos 9. TV not working 10. Bathroom ran out of water suddenly and when called for help said we cant help you 11. Bathroom was choked up, all the water came out, yuks 12. Staff don't even help in carrying luggage 13. No shampoo in the bathrooms. Soap also provided only after asking. 14. No Parking 15. NO WIFI at all This is worst experience someone can have in hotel industry.

Quite good location next to main road, still peaceful. Ok rooms. That's all plusses. The beach is about 350 meters away, not very attractive for swimming or other beachöofe. The stuff were very unpolite, even rude then I came late night back to hotel and woke the guy sleeping on a deck at "reception". After couple of days one young worker start asking if I could by him a mobile phone, same as I had. I made him clear that no need for a romance with him, he was very disappointed. Only in India...

The property on first look appears to be good. However, there is no maintenance and most of the staff is temporary with little to no training on housekeeping, in room dining, buffet or handling your grievances. I was here for a week and it turned out to be a job to stay here than a vacation. Room#1 - The room allocated to us on the day of the arrival did not have a functional AC, imagine yourself in the situation where you have driven for 12 hours in April heat and the room isn't cooling for 3 hours. Room#2 - after 3 hours the staff took us to show another room which can be allocated to us; and guess what there's someone lying on the bed and the staff has no clue who they are Room#3 - So after figuring out that 2 out of the 4 wings have an issue of centralised AC, they offered us the 3rd room which started cooling thankfully. However, this seemed to be under maintenance for some time and had a moldy smell to it, but i had to make do (sleepy from the drive). See pics. Add to that no minibar to keep your drinks, no kettle, no extra towels and no toiletries. On the second night, we realised that the room service doesnt clean the toilets, mop the floor or clear your used cups and glasses unless you ask them to do it. Because they are all trainees and havent done this before. So you wake up every morning go to the reception and hand them a to-do list of what you want done in the room (imagine that). Night 3 - ANT Infestation!!!!!! 11.30 in the night you feel theres something on the floor and when you switch on the lights, you find ants all over the floor (i was so shocked and sleepy, i didnt take pictures). I tried so hard to cancel the booking but it was non-refundable, had it been even 50% i would have taken it. If you decide to stay here, you should be paid by the management because you will end up teaching them a thing or two about running a hotel. BOOK SOMETHING ELSE. PLEASE

Best out of all sea breeze property in goa. Friendly staff, pool was clean, rooms were neat & had good space. Located near tomato's cafe. Its close to beach & easily accessible. Only negative was that no water was provided in the room inspite of reminders & since there is no phone in the room its difficult to contact the reception for any requests.

Милый,уютный, скромный бюджетный отель с прекрасным расположением. Сразу скажу,не ожидайте многого, не ожидайте шика. Пляж в 5-10 минутах, рядом супермаркет,центральная улица со множеством кафе. Персоналу отдельное спасибо за их отзывчивость,на просьбы реагируют, очень дружелюбны.Нас заселили рано утром, не заставили ждать до 14 часов. Территория отеля красивая, чисто, ухожено.Многие вещи далеко не новые, но мы понимали что выбрали.Завтраки скромные ,но этого достаточно, обычно гоанский омлет,иногда вареные яйца, кофе,чай,молоко, масло конечно не масло,а маргарин,мостовый хлеб,джем. Из фруктов папайя и арбуз. Пользовались сейфом,100 рупий в день. На первые два дня дали номер с условием поменять его потом.Первый номер был очень плохим. Как и говорила ранее,персонал отзывчивый,стоить просто объяснить и попросить. Об отдыхе остались только лучшие воспоминания. Смело могу сказать мы бы вернулись сюда. Спасибо этому чудесному месту!

К сожалению у данного отеля один плюс-расположение. В центре Кандолима, пляж, магазины, рестораны всё рядом. В остальном один негатив. Номера как все 1-2* отели, мебель, бельё и тд. Но самый главный минус данного отеля - персонал. Абсолютно абстрагирован от обеспечения комфорта отдыхающим! Постояльцы могут круглыми сутками на территории пить, кричать, дебоширить, долбиться в номера, включать шансон по трансляции на всей территории отеля, персонал не вмешивается. За 14 лет ежегодного отдыха в различных отелях такой ужас встречаю впервые! Хотите почувствовать себя в 90-х , в общаге с пьяными которые могут вынести вам двери посреди ночи - велкам в данный постоялый двор... Никому не рекомендуется к посещению! Кругом отели подобного класса но с более ответственным персоналом.

В Индию летаем уже 10 лет с мужем, он все 15. И из года в год мы останавливаемся в Sea breeze. Отель стал для нас уже родным. На ресепшен нас встречают по фамилии, помнят. Кроме того, что удобное расположение, в отеле чисто, убирают ежедневно!!!!! Не жалейте просто пару долларов оставить на кровати))) всегда идут на встречу, что бы мы не попросили!!! В феврале 2024 опять поедем и это будет несомненно Sea breeze!!! В номере работает все, вода горячая есть, туалетные принадлежности есть, завтрак хоть и однообразные, но ведь никто не мешает прогуляться до Инферно например, у них прекрасные завтраки и хороший вайфай. Это Индия, это Гоа, там отдыхать надо)))
