Beach and sea were way beyond expectations (clear water)

For the rest of our stay, everything was great. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming. We were supposed to check out on 19th, Jan after 12:00 pm. But at the last minute, I had a very uncomfortable experience. I was going to the last hotel to pick up my lost items and got a taxi in the lobby. After I got in the car, the driver just went back to the patio again. And one of the doormen named Juan asked me to talk to the concierge because he was worried that I was trying to escape and sneak out. I was shocked when I heard he wanted me to talk with the front desk to explain why I need to leave the hotel. I double-checked his concerns with him. He said, “yes, I was worried that you would not come back”. I was then quite furious because I haven’t checked out yet. Besides, my luggage was still in my room. I asked him to let the office talk with me in person. After a few minutes, he just closed the door for me without any explanation or apology. Our credit card is still on the profile and there is no need for an “escape from the hotel”. I never had a similar experience while I stayed in other Hyatt hotels. After I came back and reported to one of the staff working there. She only gave me a perfunctory apology. I was so disappointed with the attitude of these two associates today. This is not the kind of service I expect from Hyatt Zilara.

Customer service is really good. But restaurants are very limited and disappointing bcz only two restaurants are open for lunch :(

Best hotel in Cancun!

The view from the room was amazing, and the staff greeted us with a smile every time we passed by. It can't be helped that the hotel is a little old and the hotel itself is not an open-plan building, but when we found a cockroach, they quickly changed our room. I was impressed by the variety of options at the restaurant buffet, and there were various events held during the hotel stay, such as Spanish language classes, bracelet making, and beach volleyball, which we enjoyed.

The hotel is ready for renovation, everything is old, especially at night everyone gathers in the lobby in the middle. It is quite noisy. But the sea view is very beautiful, comparable to Hawaii. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious!

The hotel is in a good location, located outside the L-shaped island of Cancun, with its own beach facing the open sea. The hotel is doing a booming business and the restaurant is very popular. Ctrip service runs through the entire stay, which is very awesome and deserves a big thumbs up.

The rooms are nice, all facing the Caribbean Sea, and the first-floor rooms have direct access to the swimming pool from the balcony. We stayed on the fourth floor, with a wide view and an endless view of the Caribbean Sea. The hotel is all-inclusive, with food, drink, and entertainment. There are various shows at night, which are quite exciting. This hotel is already the best hotel in the surrounding area, with a high cost-effectiveness.

The hotel is in a good location, 30 minutes walk to the bar street on the 7th, 15 minutes walk to the shopping mall on the other side, first-class environment, private beach with unbeatable sea view, and balconies facing the sea, warm service staff, but there are not many restaurants, and you can only eat in those few restaurants. The hotel maintenance is OK, but it is indeed old, the room is large but the facilities are average, there are performances in the lobby every night, and a friendly reminder to be sure to apply thick sunscreen before going into the sea, otherwise you will be miserable, the sunlight and sea water in the Caribbean will make people skinned, there is a travel agency in the hotel lobby where you can consult other itineraries, overall the hotel is still good, first-class value for money

I had heard that Mexico was a dangerous place, so I was a little scared, but after I arrived at this hotel, the staff and the people staying there were very kind and I felt safe. I want to come to Cancun again. (Maybe it's best not to eat raw salmon.)

The food was good. We had a buffet dinner in the lobby on the last night before closing for renovation. We had roast suckling pig and shrimps as big as our faces. It was really good.

Although the room is not very new, it is big enough, and the balcony faces the sea. Unfortunately, our balcony is just covered by the roof of the swimming pool in front of us. The taste of the restaurant in the all-inclusive hotel and the delicious ingredients in each restaurant must be praised! We originally planned to be on a diet in the resort hotel, but in the end we threw away all our concerns and started to eat and drink without restraint, and we also went to the coffee and dessert shop every day. It was really beyond my expectation. This all-inclusive is worth it.

The room is old. The sea view suite we booked was blocked by the restaurant. We were helpless because there was no vacant room to change... The food we ate was no different from two years ago.

A very good all-inclusive resort hotel, you can think of it as an immobile cruise ship on land. The hotel has a superior location and first-class service. Although the equipment is a bit old, it is generally clean and tidy. The hotel has several restaurants with different styles and rich dishes, and the bar has a full range of drinks, which is very suitable for adults to vacation here.
