This is an excellent resort with perfect location for an immersive Japanese Ryokan experience. The Nepali person at reception was very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff are friendly. The Onsen was amazing with cave Onsen and outdoor Onsen. Breakfast was very good with many choices.

The location of the hotel is a bit hidden, it is recommended to drive. The front desk is full of foreigners, not as enthusiastic as the Japanese. I was very bothered by the dust and moldy smell. There was a tub bath in the room, but the balcony was covered in spider webs, which was painful for me as I hate spiders. The hot spring was on the lowest level, by the river, and the view was not open, but I liked the sound of the babbling brook and the water did not smell of sulfur. The actual price was 1,950 yen per night, including bath tax. I used coupons to pay for golf and got souvenir wine, etc.

I visited in November, a little early for the autumn leaves, so I booked a suite room. It was in the mountains, with a river flowing next to it, and the rooms had been renovated, so it was very nice. However, unfortunately, perhaps because the building is old, the elevator was small, there were stairs to get to the bath, there was a limited selection of food, and one of the TVs shown in the photo had been removed. Also, the bath in the room was not high enough for children or the elderly to step over, so it would have been nice if there was a step stool or something. Other than that I was satisfied, so I gave it a good rating, and it is one of the inns I would like to use again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel made decisions that prioritized the guests, rather than considering which one had the flaws, which gave me a very good impression. The response was also very quick and polite. I wonder why the search site blamed the hotel. This is a hotel where you can be satisfied with the food, service, and cleanliness of the rooms. (The reason why the parking lot is so small is because of the location.) The room faces the river and is in a good location where you can't see the surrounding facilities (although there are few). I think it's a relaxing hotel. The large public bath is equipped with a cave bath, an open-air bath, a sauna, etc., and the room also had a small open-air bath. I felt that the illumination of the river was a little bright (or should I say gaudy), but I can't give it a negative rating. It's also a good idea that even young people can afford it with a little effort. On the day of our stay, the elevator was out of order. 源泉露天風呂付Jr.スイート36平米 Yahooトラベルで食事付き2人で21000少し。 伊豆で！やす〜い 部屋は広くて綺麗だし、安いのにベッドも良い硬さだし良い。 食事は同じ安価の伊東園並みで期待はしない方がいいです。 以前は高級旅館で部屋食だったのかな？って思う所。 スタッフさんに日本人が居ないのかな？しかし対応は良くて好感度があります。 駐車場はホテル前まで乗り付け、荷物と同乗者を降ろしてから市道に縦列駐車。 車が通る事を考えると左キワキワに停めることになります。 早めに来ないと離れた所に停めないとダメだし、日帰り入浴の車もありましたよ。 チェックインは5階。エントランスが5階 ウェルカムコーヒーをいただき部屋へ。 客室は下に下がる感じで１階が大浴場。 内湯は温度が違うのが３つ 洞窟風呂、露天風呂、サウナ、水風呂があり、２つの壺風呂は使用不可。 アメニティとウォーターサーバがありました。 部屋からはタオルがセットされている湯籠（バック）を待っていきます。 部屋にはペットボトルのお水がありますが、近くにコンビニやお店が無いので、車で来るならローソン月ヶ瀬が良いかも。 道の駅もありました。 満点にならないのは。 やっぱり食事。 品数は少ないし味も値段相応。 すき焼きがありましたが肉は値段相応。 すき焼きに入れるタレは残念ながら関西人には合わずにプラス醤油なとを足しました。あとお酒や砂糖が有れば自分で作るのにな〜。 結局すき焼きうどんで食べました。 美味しかったのは、どっさり容器に入れたイクラ！ちらし寿司にたんまり入れて食べました。 食事は期待無しをすれば、お値段以上な場所。 リピート確定
