Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Calgary

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

The hotel is very new, newly renovated, toiletries can also Recommended The air conditioner is not easy to operate In the morning, I want to make a coffee with a coffee machine and open the back of the water. It is full of dust. Should this be changed? Hygienic: The sanitary details are not good, especially the coffee machine is not cleaned, it is all gray Facilities: New Environment: Good Service: cost-effective

All good except there is only plastic cutlery & paper plates at breakfast, so it is nearly impossible cut anything or eat your food properly.

Although I stayed for seven or eight days, the breakfast was a bit tired, but this room was still satisfactory in all aspects. Although it was near the airport, it was very convenient to go anywhere, and the new large community in Calgary to the east was quite close. You can also see a situation in the newly built big coffee community

Honestly, I was amazed regarding our experienced. Everything is perfect. I would just suggest to please have an available luggage cart specially for families to used. Specially if the guest is looking for it and hopefully someone could have an initiative to find it. Fabulous!
