The place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

Room - Junior Suite I was looking forward to spending some time in the garden which had a balinese bed sun longer. I contacted the hotel 6 weeks prior to our stay and requested a sunny aspect, which they said they would accommodate, however our garden got no sun at all throughout the course of the day. The Junior Suites opposite got the sun all day, so it's 50/50 as to whether you'll get a room with any sunshine. Requested another room but was told the hotel was full. The garden itself was fine, though it wasn't appealing to sit out in the the shade in December. We spent most of our time outside if the hotel for this reason as were not ones to sit around a busy pool all day. The room itself was basic and in need of some tlc. Definitely not a 4 star as advertised on their website. However the cockroaches were the real low point. My daughter put her shoes on and a minute or two later took one off as she felt something inside, and a cockroach fell out! There was also a cockroach in a suitcase (that was kept off the ground for the duration of our stay) and climbed up my arm when I was packing! My daughter saw one in her bed and refused to go back to sleep in it after we made sure it was gone. We found around 12 cockroaches in our room over the course of our 6 night stay. Food - It's a standard buffet style restaurant. Plenty of choice, nothing amazing but you'll always find something to eat, though it was never hot. The chef cooking the omelettes on a morning has to be the most miserable man I've come into contact with. Entertainment - we watched one show and decided not to watch any more. The kids enjoyed the floating thing in the pool that you had to run across though. We didn't bother with the kids club. Beach - 5/10 minute walk and lovely calm, clear water, safe for the kids to play in. We did the glass bottom boat, saw barracuda and manta rays amongst many other fish. The kids did the inflatable water park. The 9 year old loved it. The 7 year old, not so much. They both enjoyed the sea lion experience at the marina too. Mini golf at the Barcelo hotel was also good fun. Restaurants - there are plenty within close proximity to the hotel. Many were British style cafe/pubs aren't our thing. But we did eat at the restaurant on the marina a few times which is part of the Barcelo hotel. The food was excellent. We were half board at our hotel, but ate out for most meals after a few times in the hotel restaurant. All in all, I wouldn't return to Broncemar Suites.

On the first day of arrival a child threw up in the pool bar which we had Ymir pay for food even though all inclusive. The sick re maimed there all day and evening until it dried up only a sign was put their saying wet floor caution. The table wasn’t cleaned nor the floor. Considering the last time I stayed here we ended up being sick lessons clearly not learned. To add insult we got put in a room a the far end of the resort with only a brick wall as a Burmese. But friends arrived two days later and got an outstanding room and view. If you truly want to be treated well and proper five star accommodation the try the hotel titanic who really do onus what it means. Still stuck here room 8043 if the hotel is looking until Saturday. But could if possible leave to go home or go elsewhere. Don’t come here expecting anything good ( sorry apart from the weather at this point ) although don’t expect to see it from your room

Mixed review. Positives-the location is amazing, we had room 2315, an awesome Seaview, the hotel is in a stunning location. You can walk right onto the sea front, really lovely. The beautiful beach is about a 10 minute walk The room was ok, a 2 bedroom apartment, very basic and dated, but OK. The shower was nice! The beds were ok, comfy enough. The OKs-booking in was good, the food was OK, not amazing, but Ok. I was disappointed there was loads of tinned fruit, and the fruit juice was grim. The drinks-again they were ok, not premium drinks, the ‘Baileys’was awful! Apparently the vodka was nice…. The pools-one was a total waste, it was absolutely freezing and it many people round it, even the kids wouldn’t go in. The other one was fairly nice, although 3 days running there was a poo in it and we had to get out! It was cold though, really could do with some heating. Negatives-everything about this hotel is dated, it really needs some money ploughing into it. The evening entertainment was shocking, such a shame because it has such potential. NYE was decent and the atmosphere was buzzing. We were left wondering what to do some evenings….we had a 14 year old with us so big drinking wasn’t a thing. Lovely to have some winter sunshine, but we wouldn’t return to this hotel
