Good stay at HM. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. There are a lot of restaurants and hot springs in the area and the pool is nice too. Only qualm was that the Wi-Fi didn’t really work in our rooms on the 3rd floor. Other than that, we would recommend.

The rooms are clean and well maintained and the breakfast is well organised. The staff is very kind and efficient. Unfortunately the hotel is very noisy. We had a room on the second floor near the house keeping warehouse: at 5:30 in the morning they start dragging the trolleys in the corridor, talking loudly to each other or with walkie-talkies! One morning they started before 5. The location organizes parties and in the evening there was confusion and it ended at two. Unfortunately we sleep 3 hours a night
