Good things Clean .. Staff are good Bad things If your room on street to much noise Small space Building is old but room is new Over rated hotel

The hotel is very simple, the stuff is very friendly and helpful, they gave me early check in. We stayed 4 days they cleaned the room 2 times, we had to ask for toilet paper every time we needed it. The towels didn’t work very well (polyester), very noisy area, and we were in the first floor were you could hear what everybody in the forts floor were doing in the corridor, nobody controls noicy people.

The deluxe double room in the picture I booked was given a dark twin bed. The front desk said that this is the only room available. The quilt was lint-free, damp and dark, and the domestic standard was RMB 30 per night.

One of the best and cleanest hotels in the area, their single rooms feature AC, TV, Very clean toilet, highly recommended for solo travelers and packbackers. The staff are very friendly and professional Mariam, Passant, Bishoy, and Andrew. Will definitely book again.

It's a new hotel , good location ,the staff are so friendly and helpful , the breakfast is delicious , we take two family rooms, there are so clean and the beds are comfortable , and the view is beautiful , the hotel in middle of the twon all the restaurants and markets are near if you want to make shopping, I recommended this hotel for a nice staying 😍

It was nice hotel because the location in the centre of downtown just 300 meters to the tahrer square and the room was like the photos was cleaning and very quiet and the breakfast was very enough and complete haily recommend this hotel

Our booking information we were sent said that the Tourist Palace Hotel was on the first floor. When we arrived at an unattractive building we managed to see a sign in the building with an arrow on the first floor that took you to a building renovation. It was only later that we discovered the hotel was on the 5th floor of the building that had a less than appealing entrance. We paid for an early check in but were not told at the time that the water was not working - that meant no shower, flushing of the toilet or washing our hands. The following day the electricity was out. The room was clean and comfortable but due to what was mentioned above we relocated to another hotel and our friends that were to join us the following night cancelled their booking. The hotel should be clearer online and onsite with the location of the hotel.

Rooms are well cleaned and newly renovated. WiFi was ok (but went down from time to time). But the best thing is the very helpful front desk! On the downside there is no restaurant of pantry or common area to hang out at all. But great staff!

Terrible hotel! Of the 3 days of our stay, 2 days there was no electricity or water. A terrible sunrise group, not for the faint of heart, dirty carpet, shabby walls, the elevator has been like this since the time of some pharaoh. The room has two small beds, the door to the balcony does not close, it is simply propped up with a stool. Wi-Fi is bad, breakfast, which is supposedly included in cost, you have to wait 40 minutes Waited once, so-so omelet and bread with cheese, better to eat somewhere else There are many different shops around the hotel, selling mostly all sorts of nonsense, clothes (a la Chanel, souvenirs, chips and water) Sooooo very very dirty on the streets! The hotel is located almost in the center, there are feces, cigarette butts, spitting on the sidewalks, in general it’s terrible! I do not recommend the hotel!
