supply is minimum. Reception is very much friendly. As long as you buy what you need at neighbors mini supermarket, location is perfect for Renoir Museum and  longer stay with superb cost per performance.

Nice big apartment for 4 people. We enjoyed our stay here!

Nice place, was pretty clean but I suppose this is because people who stay have to clean it themselves before they go to get their deposit back... Also... no bedding or towels provided! We had to pay fo r this extra. Lady was only on reception a few hours each day then you where left on your own. Paid more in deposit than we did to stay, and though I have emailed, have had no response about when I will receive my deposit back... we will see! If the deposit comes back soon I may change the rating slightly, it wasn't a bad place to stay, just think a mention of having to buy towels and bedding at booking stage would have helped.

Very well-located residence. Close to amenities and the train station. Spacious and clean apartment.

The air conditioning didn't work in our apartment. The apartment wasn't as new as the photos. They've lived in it well. The underground parking is very narrow, and you shouldn't have a lowered car because it's on a very steep slope.

Advantages: 1. The hotel is located in a satellite town near Nice. The surrounding environment is good. There are also many convenience stores and restaurants, suitable for self-driving travel. The apartment also provides parking spaces in the basement. 2 The apartment room is large, clean and comfortable, spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable. Pots, pans and utensils are provided. Two huge balconies for dining at an outdoor table. Disadvantages: 1 The reception time of the hotel front desk is limited. We arrived late due to travel reasons. It was Ctrip who helped us to communicate, so we knew that the front desk had put the key in the lockbox and picked it up by ourselves. 2 The shower in the bathroom is not fixed to the wall, so you need to take a shower with one hand. This is outrageous. 3 The hotel's Internet access is very complicated. The login and registration are all in French, so if you don't understand it, you can't connect. 4All sheets and quilts need to be paved by yourself, all DIY

Good residence with access to the swimming pool. We just had a problem with hot water and that we did not know that paying for the toilet was provided just once. Good value for money parking a plus in Cagnes

Warm welcome, clean spacious apartment. Very quiet area. Appreciable air conditioning, no noise, comfortable mattress. We had a very good stay.

A disaster

La seule critique que je pourrais faire, c'est que nous venons chaque année a Cagnes pour les courses de chevaux , avec mon mari 81 ans et 78 ans bien sur nous avons pris pour le séjour a deux qu'une pièce pour loger mais ! mais : le clic clac le matelas ça été la catha...pas confortable bien sur ça vaut pas un lit normal... le numéro appartement le 306 mais nous verrons pour la prochaine fois de mieux dormir...nous devons revenir prochainement...fin février et début mars pas encore les dates et voir le tarif.. alors on verra..nous avons quitté le Lido trop cher le but c'est d'avoir un minimun de confort... pour les photos on ne sait par faire lol désolée Cordialement Michèle Valenti
