It’s location is a positive factor. Right near the marina with a private beach in the pacific side of the Baja peninsula. Rooms are clean and had all amenities listed. The checkin process is a bit lengthy, you will have to meet the receptionist and the hostess, it could have been shortened. Also while checkout the receptionist mentioned that our prebooked taxi cannot come inside the property to pick us, but finally the driver managed to come-in.

We were welcomed by the bellboys at the front entrance. Upon arrival, it was an easy 10 minutes to check-in, and were in our room and off to the pool within 30 minutes. The pool was nice and nothing to do with the hotel, but the pool was hot due to the weather being almost 90 degrees and sunny. The service at the pool was great, the workers have such a great attitude and are always willing to help. There is a 2nd pool overlooking the marina with spectacular views of the mountains, water, and yachts along the marina walkway. It is located within 5 minutes of downtown with tons of restaurants, shops, and music from all the nightclubs, as well as live music at some of the outdoor venues. It's very busy on the weekends and less crowded during the week. The hotel offers an all-inclusive package, however, we did not purchase it, but did have breakfast the last day and it was $20.00 USD per person. Overall, a great hotel, and we can't wait to go back !

I was not allowed to register at the front desk! I have traveled to many countries and stayed at many luxurious hotels including Mexico. I have never been treated with such disrespect and rudeness on the part of a front desk manager. When asked to explain the policies that she wanted me to sign, without reading, she became increasingly rude and tore the document in half and told us our reservation was canceled and to leave the property. We did so and were left without a place to stay for the night. Luckily we were able to secure a room for the night at a hotel where the front desk was courteous, helpful, and kind. Of course, with this kind of experience, I would tell anyone never to stay at the Tesoro Los Cabos hotel. I am requesting a full refund from Trip.com and an apology from from Tesoro Los Cabos Hotel.

Not a 5 star resort. That's not saying it's not a nice resort, because it is, but 5 star resorts have top notch service. First ding, they don't pick you up at the airport, but you can have them set up transportation for you (at your added expense). The Taxi is $75 each way (I checked Uber and it was $55 and the taxi dude matched that price). We were able to catch a travel van on the way there from the airport for $17 a person. We had an ”executive suite” which was nice, not their best room but probably in the middle. They never changed the bed sheets in the entire 5 day/4 night stay. They made the bed, but never changed the sheets. They have a well stocked fridge and other goodies for a steep price. The problem is moving their crap out if you actually want to use the refrigerator. We were charged ”additional taxes” when we checked out as well. Only like $2-3 a day, but these should have been included in the price. The on-site sushi restaurant was not a good value. They charged us for items we didn't order and watch out for the $4.50 water. Our bill was $200 plus tip for two adults. Each had two margaritas, one appetizer (we had cancled after we told the waiter and he acknowledged, but came anyways) and two entrees. Portions were small, so definitely no ”leftovers”. The good. The included breakfast is excellent. Take advantage of that, eat a late breakfast (breakfast is over at noon, so be there no later than 11am) and that should tide you over until dinner. The location is great. Close to the marina/downtown but just far enough way that it's an easy walk and you stay out of that busyness. Overall, it's a nice 4 star (at best) resort.

For our return visit, my wife and I decided to spend 3 nights here for her birthday. We had been here a few years ago for our anniversary and between free nights + points value, the need for a getaway and proximity to Las Vegas, decided it was the place for us to return Rooms: Amazing. A mini-bottle of tequila awaited us as we entered our upgraded room with it's own plunge pool. The views were breathtaking and the soundtrack of the ocean throughout the day could put anyone in a relaxing mood. Amenities: Not much going on at the property. The pool was actually freezing cold one day which put a bit of a damper on it, but we believe something was broken as the next day it was warm. We easily found lounge chairs with shade each day. One thing that we found annoying was service was lacking by the pool. We ghad to constantly ”search” out a server to order something rather than being asked if we wanted anything. Again, similar to our last trip, there's ZERO resort activities and maybe some ambient music. As much as we like quiet, the resort was a bit TOO quiet! Food: Similar to our last experience, food and drinks are expensive and overall very hit and miss. I still don't understand why ordering three mixed tacos are more expensive than ordering three of the same style tacos. Someone explain! We ordered in to the room multiple nights and the service was fast and setup on our balcony was very nice. Also a nice touch, just press a button on the table after your meal and they come and clean everything up very quickly. People: I found every person that worked at the Waldorf to be very helpful and happy. Again, although service was lacking in some places, everyone was more than willing to help. We were in Los Cabo for our honeymoon! My wife and I love the sea and therefore had several activities planned in Cabo San Lucas which originated from the Marina. When we did our research Breathless came up as the best choice based on location as well as comfort. We arrived quite late at night but the xhale staff were on hand waiting for us to check us in. They took care of all our questions and requirements. The staff overall over the length of our stay were awesome! Special mention to Chris from the entertainment team. The food was decent and restaurant staff were great. There was once we were really tired on the dinner table after spending the whole day out at sea. We asked the staff if we could instead have our meal in the room. They managed everything in a very organised and sanitary manner. The pool parties are awesome and a proper vibe too! Overall I would recommend this place for the location, service, and overall vibe! Its always fun and there’s always something happening! Big thanks to the Breathless team! PS we loved it so much we extended our stay for 2 more nights 😂🤪

Pueblo Bonito Blanco holds a very special place in our hearts. My mother in law has been traveling to this resort for 12+ years - and brought my husband and I along for 2 trips plus our honeymoon last week. We are in awe of this place! The beauty! The people! Areli Valle, David Cosio, Demetrio, and Fernando truly make us feel at HOME! As soon as Demetrio and David saw us last week, two years had passed but we embraced in a big hug!!! They remembered us!!! Our true home away from home. We look forward to celebrating our anniversary here next year. Everything here is amazing. The food, drinks, spa, cleanliness, people, service, views to die for!!!, concierge support, and more. Once you come here you will never want to choose another resort again!

Just don't bother. I booked 2 rooms back in February for our stay in August. I paid the balance a week before the trip. When I arrived I was told that they couldn't verify the deposit I made in February or that I had paid the remaining balance. I showed them proof of both because I printed and saved the documentation for all payments. I was told by the front desk staff (Abraham and Itzel) that they close payments take a day to show up. When I told them I paid a week ago then the story changed. After them rudely telling me multiple times I had to pay $529.47 as an incidental fee whilst the lady next to us was told $200 for her incidental fee, I had enough. They said that they had to call Reservations to confirm which was conveniently closed at the time even though i called reservations 3 times that week to confirm what was needed for check in. My friend brought up to them that their contracts said $100 for incidental fees that we signed and they said their solution for us was for us to hold $200 on one card and $300 on another card implying that they thought we didn't have the money. The whole time the two of them were conversing back and forth in spanish as if I didn't understand them as they did not know that Spanish is actually my first language. At this point I opted to speak to her in Spanish to which she stared at me baffled and then called her manager Michael. Michael told us that they couldn't verify the deposit so we had to pay the money. I asked him why and he said they closed the nooks monthly so it wasn't showing on their screen. I informed him that we paid it in February and showed him proof. Therefore if you close books monthly then you have it. I informed him that I was here and heard Abraham tell the woman next to us that the fee was $200. At which point he told us that we had to paid incidentals of $200 per room and that was all. Upon getting to my room I was disappointed with how dated it was. The restaurant ans bar staff were amazing. I had a great time and much better customer service next door at the Grand Solmar. We came for a group event and all the people at the event had the same or worse experiences. At check out they had their ducks in a row on everything though in order to get money they thought was owed to them. Upon leaving the resort I discovered that I and several others are covered in rashes that appear to be bug bites. I will never stay here again.
