We arrived around 1 am. The lady in the front was asleep. Not speaking English. Sounds upset.. we get to the room ., smells smoke, dirty, filthy..😔with used hairbrush and comb. The next đây, we asked for toilet paper but they didn’t provide us. The lady in the front was so rude 😞. Never going back to that hotel again..

The room is large and clean. The hotel is very close to Haeundae Beach and there is a 24-hour emart convenience store opposite. The front desk staff is very friendly!
