Best Louis Hamilton Hotel Haeundae Reviews

The hotel is modern and clean, 10 minutes walk to the subway station and 5 minutes walk to the beach. The haeundae beach and market is nearby. And the bexco center is two subway ride. Staff could speak english. The breakfast is pretty poor options. However, for the price, I still recommend this hotel for travelers

This is a decent place to stay. The interior is nice, and the location is perfect if you plan to spend more time around Haeundae. I gotta to say that I wasn't quite lucky. The pillow had a small hole, and I found out that the spoons in my room were not quite clean. Guess it's a little coincidence, but I won't say that I was pleased about it.

Very clean and tidy hotel. No noise from the street since the rooms are quite high (we stayed on the 12th floor). Close to shops and restaurants. Close to the beach, not too close to metro though. The breakfast was quite good. It is a breakfast tray (pancake, toast, egg, side salad, yogurt) or sandwich. They have coffee, juice, cereal, rolls and muffins buffet style. They also have self laundry facilities.

Good location near the beach, reception was really welcoming. The room was big and comfortable and toiletry items were provided, so much appreciated.

The hotel is quite run down and very old. Located at the outskirt of Haundae city and it is rather deserted. They hotel policy is too rigid and non-flexible. All about money minded, no early check in earlier than 3pm and check out cannot be later than 11am. I asked for extension of check out to 1.00pm and was told it will be additional KRW20,000.00 which I agreed. When I check out at 1.00pm I was told it is KRw22,000.00 and counter lady which appear very unfriendly and possible treating foreigner double standard. She admitted she was the one who answered my phone request but lied outright that she said KRW22,000.00. What kind of ***** is this hotel employed dishonest staff.

Clean, well equipped rooms with good service. Quick walk yo the beach or train station. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

very dissappointed.ask for prepare anniversary but do nothing.ROOM too much mirror.room toilet too small cant hang clother have to come out from toilet to change clother.breakfast choice too little .only 3 type can choose.

Close to Haeundae beach, 10mins walk to main old street food area. Comfortable family twin bed in booked, but there was a bright overhead aircond lighting even yu turned off all lights. Disturbing. Breakfast is no much varieties as offered in box sets.

Service was excellent. I requested help to book an appt at a hair salon in a few days time and they agreed to do so willingly. Breakfast was simple but good. The rooms were slightly dark, so I may not recommend for elderly who may have difficulty on this part. Location was 10min away from the MRT.

its the construction site beside the hotel so don't expect to see the nice view. The hotel staff advised that this hotel has no view, so make sure to think before booking.
