Room is clean and quite spacious to accommodate both of us. Location also for me is quite okay because I read some said its behind the alley but its actually fine. Near most of the tourist places like jagalzchi market. My view was the gwanggali beach and if you have arrived, better to contact via WhatsApp. There is a qr code at the lobby for you to contact with the hotel person.

The hotel is really close to the subway station, near the elevator exit. At first I saw comments saying that the management office had posted relevant contact information (line), and that the luggage storage space was on the 5th floor, which was also mentioned in the posted notice. After joining the hotel’s line, he responded quite quickly (arrived at the hotel around 9am). There were many tented carriages and a large crowd on Saturday night. Although I live on the 4th floor, I don’t seem to hear any sound? ! We booked a room with a partial sea view, but unfortunately it was on a lower floor, so the view of the sea was not that good~_~; there were only two elevators, so we had to wait for a while when there were many people. Although there is a washing machine and a kitchenette in the room, it seems to be only for long-term guests. However, it is not bad for the housekeeping.

It's an apartment building with 3 hotels. I read the reviews so I knew how to check in. When I made the reservation it said there was no staff so I should check in using the QR code on the first floor, which was easy to understand. They also told me the room and password for the luggage storage. The room was spacious with a large sofa and refrigerator, and they also told me how to use the TV via LINE. There were also 2 bottles of water. BIFF Square and Hanaro Mart are nearby so you won't have any trouble finding food. It's cheap so I'd like to use it again. I wish they provided tissues!

I stayed here while traveling to Busan for 2 nights and 3 days with my boyfriend. The location was really good, the bedding was clean, and Netflix was available. I had a really fun trip. Thank you.

The location is good. There are subways and many bus stops nearby. There are also many restaurants. The downtown area is within walking distance. The room is not very spacious, and it is difficult to spread out a 28-inch suitcase. The washing machine and stove cannot be used.

It would have been nice if they had told me in advance that I could use the QR code to register for check-in on LINE after arriving at the hotel. I was worried because there was no phone number and I couldn't speak the language. Other than that, they kindly handled everything over LINE. It was disappointing that they only replaced one bath towel...

The location is not bad, but not the best in Busan. The metro is close, Biff Square is also within walking distance. No noise from the tents was heard. As I understand it, this is not really a hotel, but more like apartments from 3 different companies. The room was not completely cleaned upon arrival. There was dust under the bed, also on some shelves and even at the entrance to the room there were some stains. I also advise you to wash the bathroom from the shower, because when I did this, other people's hair and dust were washed out of the corners. There was no cleaning for 5 days. I was not even offered it. You could put the garbage outside the door for it to be taken away. But no one left a change of bag. Towels, water and toilet paper were hung on the door every day. Dirty towels were taken away in the same way. The assignment does not seem to have a laundry room and an iron was not provided either. As everyone writes, the stove and washing machine simply exist. As I understand it, they can be used for a separate fee. The room itself is large, but because of the table and sofa, it is difficult to properly unfold a suitcase so that it does not get in the way.
