Good location good apartment but service so horrible. 15.00 is check in time but there are not answer me after many calling and no replay. we waiting on corridors then my kids sleeping on corridors. So disappointed

Really good place with all that you need, but you will know where to go from the airport only after asking them in aalll of the chats they send to you… aaand only after 15:00..

Checked on myself. When I opened the door I saw that it was completely dirty… I had to call them, in an hour they cleaned it, and when I was having a rest the cleaning lady started to knock the door. I said to come later, but she just OPENED the door herself!!! And asked if she can come in.. it’s just …

Nice apartment, good location, very close to the beach Haeundae, just 2 minutes walk, have convenient stores around, coffee shops, many restaurants on the front beach. In the room you have everything that you need, all linens are very clean, have towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Have washing machine. Microwave (was hard for me to use as everything in korean), very very big fridge, even have 3rd bed (if you are traveling 3 pax, perfect accommodation). Highly recommend. And of course, not face to face check in, very easy and convenient

It is a residence type hotel, and no contact between host and guests. The sink was not cleaned at all, foul smell at the sink and I have to clean the disgusting sink myself. Definitely not returning.

Despite the lack of fitness center as advertised, and the initial communication problems finding the place. This is a great place to stay in Busan. Highly recommend the gym and spa that is nearby at 17k per day and rotating this going to the beach. All walking distance and away from the more crowded area of Busan. The flat itself is clean and has all the amenities required.

This hotel boasts a superb location with easy access to transportation, spotless rooms equipped with essential amenities, and proximity to key landmarks. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable, and the reality matches the visuals depicted in the pictures. A solid choice all around.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable room. Only one negative side is that it was difficult to find the actual building location.

I don't usually write reviews because it's annoying, but this place is really the worst, so I'm leaving this for the public's benefit. It's a place with a good location. Several companies have moved into the officetel building, so there are various hotel signs. Check-in is at 3pm, check-out is at 11pm, and if you're even 1 minute late, they'll charge you 30,000 won per hour. I arrived at 4:30pm, but they're still cleaning the room, and their excuse is "We're just checking the room, checking, please understand because it's a holiday!!" I waited outside for about 10 minutes and went in, but the room was so dirty. There was a mess of hair and dust. As proof that I didn't make it dirty, I'm leaving evidence of the floor that was wiped with a personal wet tissue as soon as I entered. The bedding is dirty, and let's just say that the soap is mostly refilled with liquid. But look at that bottle. Do you see mold around there? It's dirty!! There are only 2 elevators, so you have to wait about 20 minutes for the 11am check-out time to get on. Two came, and one was full so we couldn't get on, but the elevator next to us didn't know that and skipped over the other elevator on our floor because there was one there. I think the government should make a law prohibiting places that aren't accommodations from being accommodations. It's based on 2 people, so we paid extra for 3 people, but the extra blankets and bedding we received were really dirty. Room service wasn't available in between. Because it's not a hotel, we can't tell if anyone is inside (they open and close with a password), so we have to empty the trash cans and clean, but there's no vacuum cleaner, only a broom. There are only small towels, not big ones. If you have other options, definitely book somewhere else. Book at a real hotel.

The room was very spacious and reasonably clean, no complaints. I was confused about how to get the room number, but once I figured it out, it was easy and convenient. It takes 10 to 15 minutes from the station, but it's close to the beach so there were no problems.
