"The hotel is located right across from Busan Station so it’s quite accessible to many parts of the city and getting to other cities. However, in the vicinity, there’s really not much to do except for a “Texas Street” and the Chinatown, which don’t really have much interesting spots either. Regarding the hotel itself, it’s clean wherever we’ve come across but there are insufficient facilities and amenities. Firstly, the there are only 3 lifts which fit no more than 10 people while there are 19 guest floors (L3-21) with about 19 rooms per floor (I believe this varies but I was on the 19th floor and there were 19 rooms). In total there are supposed to be 357 rooms, which is absolutely abysmally served by the ridiculously small and slow lifts. During peak hours, it took over 15 minutes to get up and down just to get water. Secondly, while the hotel did provide some amenities like soaps, combs, pajamas, etc., there was no shaver or toothbrush or toothpaste which were the most essential items and we had no use for the free stuff they provided. Service is okay - some staff are not very friendly or helpful but others are approachable and can communicate in English. There’s free breakfast as well, but timings are very short and early (06:30AM to 09:00AM) so we didn’t manage to try it at all. They’re also very strict with check-in timings so don’t expect to get any early check-in. I’m sure some rooms might be available but they definitely will not give it to you even if it’s not occupied."

"Highly Recommend – Great View & Comfortable Stay Stayed here recently and really enjoyed it! The room had an amazing view, similar to what you'd see from Busan Tower. The rooftop is open from 6 AM and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city—great for relaxing or taking photos. Everything in the room felt brand new. The shower and toilet were in perfect condition, and there’s a small fridge which came in handy. I also appreciated the complimentary drip coffee bags—nice touch for coffee lovers. The location is super convenient for exploring Busan. Overall, very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay again!"

"Great location, budget-friendly rooms, provided traditional Korean breakfast, lots of tourists, very good value for money. However, it would be better if the staff could improve their English skills. We stayed for 4 days and only needed cleaning for one day. The front desk lady kindly noted it down, but no one came to clean. We didn’t really mind, but when we checked out, I said the room number and noticed she wrote down the wrong number even though she was listening to me, haha"

"Typical Japan hotel chain. Room is more spacious than we expected. Can still open 2 big luggages. Toilet is like cruise cabin toilet. Small but serve its purpose. Breakfast provided which is a plus and quite a good spread. Can get your own coffee, comb and facial cream etc near reception. Check out timing is earlier at 10am than usual 11am. Easy walkable to Haeundae beach and station. Will consider staying here again based on its price and bf option."

"Dear Lotte Hotel Busan Team, I recently stayed at your property and would like to thank your staff for their hospitality. I truly appreciated the comfort of the room, the excellent location, and the warm and courteous service throughout my visit. However, I would like to share one piece of feedback that left a less-than-positive impression. As a guest staying at a premium hotel like Lotte, I had expected that access to facilities such as the pool, sauna and gym would be included as part of the room package. It was surprising to discover that these amenities require an additional fee per entry, which was not clearly stated during the booking process. Lotte Hotel is positioned as a high-end destination, and in that context, this policy felt out of place. It gave the impression that the hotel—despite its elegance—is being unnecessarily restrictive with services that most guests would reasonably expect to be included. I hope you might consider reviewing this policy in the future. A more inclusive approach would better reflect the refined image that Lotte is known for. "We had booked a Deluxe Double Room and was arranged to stay on 9/F. In my view, the room is clean and spacious. Not much noise unless people talking in the corridor. Toilet and shower are separated by doors, which is nice. TV is connected with internet so we don't have to connect our device to watch YouTube and the other channels. Although they forgot to replace our bathrobe for one night (which is nothing serious), we have a very pleasant stay. The photo was taken right before checking out. Their cleaning staff are doing a great job tidying up the room every day. :)"

"We were a group of 3 and were pleasantly pleased with the 3 single beds in Ramada. We all had our own space. Spacious enough. The hotel was just a stone away from KTX exit 1 and also metro exit 6. The hotel has a 24-hour laundromat and I love that the dryer dried clothes thoroughly. 2,000won for washing and other 2,000w for drying. 1,000w for their detergent. A total of 5,000w for each wash. 😊 The only downside was no basic amenities were provided except for shower wash, hair wash and hair condition."

"A very nice hotel in a great location just on the beach with plenty of shops and good restaurants nearby. One or two things to note when staying here. There are only Korean electrical sockets ( no usb charging ports for example) so bring an adapter or buy one from 7-11 next door ( i walked to a few shops and this was the cheapest). I didn’t have breakfast, but opted to buy something from a local bakery each evening. The bed pillows i thought were actually quite uncomfortable , not sure if the hotel offers other options. Didn’t ask. Check in time is a strict 3pm, so if like me you arrive in Busan at 7am, plan to hang out at a spa for a few hours . When i arrived at the hotel at 2pm i asked to check and even though the room was ready they said i had to pay a little extra to check in early . Hmm. Plan accordingly. Check out is at 11am, an extra 30,000krw per hour late check out. I am not convinced security is 100 % secure as anyone could walk in from the outside and access the lobby elevator to the guest floors. Hmm. As mentioned location is excellent, you couldn’t ask for better. Restaurants ( try the tofu soup restaurant at the back of the hotel!🤤), bars, coffee shops, the beach! And no noise in guest rooms from outside. For all the negatives i have said, I will still definitely be back"

"Honest review: Lobby area is messy and that staff lady is not really helpful. I needed to wait from 7am-1pm, before I know to check in at 1pm, and I only know at 1pm that need to pay extra 30,000kw to check in at 1pm, cause check in timing is 4pm. Toilet door and room door is not clean. Bed, pillow and towels are ok, room is spacious and it’s near to a train station, but still quite far from Busan train station and shopping areas. Only 2 bottles of water for me, although I’ve stayed for 5days. Overall the place is ok, it looks more like apartment than a hotel. I also bought breakfast for my stays, but only ate on day 1, as they Mop the floor when people are taking food and having breakfast and I was holding a miso soup and I fell down. Hence quite a disappointment."

"It's so convenient here. If you want to get medical treatment, it's actually very close to PPEUM and JRYN. I love this place because it's clean, beautiful, and comfortable! In fact, I don't even want to go out when I stay in the room. 😝😝 I feel like I don't want to live anywhere else after living here! "
