A very satisfying booking. Because of the change of itinerary, we booked it in a hurry online. The price was cheap, but there was no window. We didn't know it until we arrived at the hotel. However, the three beauties at the front desk said they would help us upgrade to a room with windows for free. The hotel comes with two breakfast coupons. We brought our children with us, so we wanted to buy one breakfast coupon, but the beauties gave us another breakfast coupon and a plate of watermelon. It felt really good on a hot day. The breakfast was self-service with a rich variety. Group guests and individual guests ate separately. After breakfast, we came out and saw a book bar next to it. The environment was very nice. They accept foreigners and that was important for me. Overall hotel is new, clean… but we didn’t have nice experience, because staff wasn’t very friendly, registered us for a long time. Sound isolation is poor, hotel was full with noisy families so all night we heard children running around, ayis shouting on them and someone was moving furniture all the time. Behind the hotel there is a street with food and russian shops, food was terrible, even with bugs. So I definitely won’t stay in this place again, however the problem is not in hotel condition, it’s about bad experience
