Convenient, easy access to and from SFO airport with hotel's free shuttle bus.

The location was great. Cheaper than other Hilton. But when I was staying here, their disposable slippers ran out…

We spent only one night at Doubletree Hilton hotel because we were laying over from our flight. It was a short 10 minute ride from the hotel to the airport and the hotel provides free, shuttle bus service. However, do take note that the driver will ask you for tip. I have checked with the hotels staff, and they mentioned that it is not necessary to pay the Driver. But if you like to be generous towards the driver, you may tip the Driver. I have chosen this hotel because I have read about other hotels and & airbnb whereby the location is either too far away from the airport, or those locations have some “different types of characters” loitering around those areas. This hotel is located at a very quiet place, and it faces the beautiful view of the sea. The price of the hotel room is on the high side, but if you can get a voucher, it would save you a bit

The proximity to the airport and the complimentary shuttle service were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, though the decor felt a little outdated. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near SFO, but don't expect anything too fancy.

We booked an overnight and were lucky to catch the shuttle coming and going within minutes of our arrivals at the shuttle stops. Hotel staff checking us in were great- quick and efficient. Room and bed were very comfortable.

We like staying here because it is in a good location and close to where we travel to attraction wise. And I like the cookies

Great place to stay, room nice and clean, staff nice and helpful.

Great location if you have a flight departing or arriving at SFO. They have a free shuttle to snd from the airport, what is great.

Hotel are clean, amenities ok, there's water dispenser also outside the room. The beds are a bit small if for 2 person. We booked room for 4 persons, twin beds. Hotel only about 10 minutes to airport parking. The front office also helpful.

The lady at the Front Desk Check In Counter was very unfriendly and impatient.

The Hispanic lady at check in & out counter was most charming & helpful to me as I suddenly had to book here due to bad weather after traveling 32 hours from Thailand. Thanx a million !!!

It was all a good place to stay, the staff were warm, the food was great and the facilities were in good shape, the only thing that I wanted to use that was not working was scale to check the weight of my luggage
