Bukhara Hotels with Pools

The lobby manager was extremely rude and they have no such thing as customer service. The receptionist agreed to a late check-out till 12:30 pm (not much of an extension). When I called the reception the next morning to request for some more extension beyond 1230, the lady manager said that we will have to check out at 12 only! I was shocked and I asked her if I hadn't called, would you have bothered to inform me? She very rudely said that that we have to vacate the room by 12 noon or we will be charged an extra days charge. At the check out desk their cars machine did not work or they deliberately didn't swipe it correctly, so we ended up paying in cash! The same cards had worked earlier in the morning at the shops in the local bazaars of Bukhara. Worst experience in the entire trip in Uzbekistan where people were very friendly and helpful.

The room was good with great amenities. The Hotel itself has a Uzbek feel with the sandstone coloured walls and mosaic details in the alcoves . The spa was great . I had a Thai massage and my Masseur was Evan who did a splendid job! I was feeling the relaxing effect of the massage even on the third day . The breakfast buffet was also really good. Был в отеле с 13 по 16 мая. Общее впечатление отеля: Из плюсов могу выделить то, что отель находится на второй линии от дороги, очень тихий и спокойный, персонал вежливый и заботливый. Из всех могу выделить Шахрузу на рецепшене, на все вопросы отвечала как истинный профессионал своего дела, подсказала где можно в городе вкусно покушать, куда можно сходить. Так же могу выделить очень даже хорошие завтраки ( Шведский стол). Очень большое и красивое фойе Из минусов, как видно на фото, почти ”Сутки” чинили мне в душевой вешалку для ванны, в номере не предусмотрены зубная щетка и паста, отель уставший, полы скрипят. Телевизор очень маленький с ограниченными каналами ( работало вроде 5-6 каналов и только 2 канала на русском языке про ясновидящих!!))) Резюме: Цена - качество вполне приемлемо особенно для бизнес поездок, либо проездом. Не самый плохой , но и не лучший!

Good Hotel. Good location. Great swimming pool and impressive spa. But, bad hotel design traps very hot air in the central ”core” which goes all the way up to the roof. The have a good restaurant but it's only open for breakfast. Breakfast was ok, but not nearly as good as the Intercontinental Tashkent (reviewed elsewhere). The weird thing is that if you want food at any other time, you have to have it poolside or in the central reception area. Also, something we noticed at all Uzbek hotels is that they have food in their menus, that they do not know how to cook properly. For example, the ”Chicken Alfredo” was more like a Chicken in mushroom sauce. Fortunately, it tasted good. But, we did have other food orders that were inedible and bore little relationship to what one would get in a western or European restaurant. However, we enjoyed the room, the pool and the other aspects of the hotel. Would stay here again. (But would eat elsewhere.)

A great hotel, there were two days in Bucharest, polite, ready to help staff, clean , comfortable room, excellent breakfast. , close to the center. Costs, towels, cleaning every day. Before that, I was in Buhara hotels, too, not bad, but at the moment GP is the first. I travel a lot, three four times a year, so there is something to compare with, many agree that the ass of the saturated day is important.

New place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.

Used on tour. The bus is difficult to enter the parking lot from the location of the hotel, and there was a car parked at the entrance of the parking lot on this day, so I had a hard time arriving at the hotel. I think it was a good hotel overall. There seemed to be a color 々 shop in the area, but the details are unknown because I haven't been out. Amenity such as toothbrushes and razors are also substantial, and slippers and bathrobes are also available. The amount of hot water from the shower was also a problem level. In addition, Wi-fi was also available without any problems and without stress. There was also a refrigerator in the room, and one mineral water was provided for each person. The room is large and well cleaned, so you can stay overnight comfortably I was able to do it. However, please note that even if breakfast is said to start at 7 o'clock, you can't cook all the dishes if you go on time.

This hotel is outside the city, but there is a small road to the hotel, ten minutes to 15 minutes to walk. The positioning of the hotel is correct, and the positioning on Baidu is wrong. The hotel feels like a family-style service hotel. The rooms are very good, very clean and relatively large. It is also a middle and upper level in the local area. There is a swimming pool throughout the hotel, there is a large living room that can also change money, and the exchange rate is not bad. The service staff is very warm, especially the elderly couple is very friendly to us. English is also good. You can see the photos in the room.
