"A wonderful hotel, an oriental fairy tale, the design is thought out to the smallest detail. The breakfast is delicious, home-style, there is a coffee machine, the coffee is delicious. The room is clean. The owners are trying very hard to please, to help. There are a few downsides (there is no hair conditioner in the room, the mattress is hard), which they promised to fix in the future, but this did not spoil our stay and impression of the hotel and Bukhara in any way ❤️ I definitely recommend the hotel!"

"The hotel is ideally located, just a few steps from Liab i Kahouz. The place is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms are more than spacious. The house is made daily and carefully. The staff is arranged and find solutions for each request. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable."

"A wonderful hotel, literally five minutes from the old town. We were given a large room for two, with four beds. The room and bathroom are authentic, in Uzbek style. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and there are blankets in the closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower, and shower gel, shampoo, and a toothbrush are provided. The linens and pillows are crisp white. The receptionists are professionals, very polite, and always ready to help and advise. The breakfasts are delicious: porridge, omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, meat, cheese, vegetables, pancakes, stuffed pancakes, syrniki, sweets, fruit, and delicious coffee. Everything is fresh. The room is clean, with no musty or damp smell, and the air conditioning is quiet. Thank you to the staff for such amenities and their excellent service. Bukhara – you are wonderful! We will come back and only here!"

"The hotel front desk staff didn't speak English very well (except for the manager on the morning shift). On the morning of the first day after I arrived, I paid USD 15 to the front desk manager to arrange a car to take me to the train station on the day of my departure (04:15 in the morning), but in the end, no car was arranged for me. The room is big, bright and clean, but the shower is only on the ceiling, which is not ideal. The restaurant staff is attentive and friendly, remembering guests' needs"

"Хороший отель, небольшой, в тихой части старого города. В нем 3 этажа и терраса. Моя комната была просторная с кондиционером. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, чай, кофе, вода, тапочки, халат, все принадлежности для душа. Кровать большая с мягким комфортным матрасом. Завтрак вкусный, хороший выбор, есть кофемашина, что удивило. Отель рекомендую!"

"Rooms like the hotel itself are clean, all facilities are present - water in bottles, slippers, soap/sampoules. Respense is beautiful. Super customer-oriented and very kind. There is one minus - it is noise isolation (not super bad, but it is heard everything behind the door happens). At the same time at night was silence, so it was possible to sleep well. By the way! Breakfast is very good and delicious. Thank you very much for the hospitality!"

"Our stay at this hotel was, overall, a pleasant experience. The property itself boasts an exotic charm, with a design that feels both inviting and unique. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining the premises was evident. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a rich and diverse selection that included an array of local dishes and traditional sweets—a perfect way to start the day immersed in the local culture. The service at the restaurant was warm and attentive. Special praise goes to the young waiter who welcomed us with a friendly demeanor when we arrived early in the morning, straight from the airport. His hospitality set a positive tone for our stay. The SPA and swimming pool facilities were well-maintained, providing a relaxing escape. However, the water in the pool was colder than expected, which slightly detracted from the overall experience. Regarding the room, or more accurately, rooms, they were consistently clean and tidy. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room assigned to us—the heating wasn’t functioning properly. After enduring three hours in an uncomfortably cold room, we informed the reception. The staff responded promptly and professionally, showing us three alternative rooms while sincerely apologizing for the inconvenience. One was of the same category (Classic room), while the other two were Superior rooms, offering more space and better views. We appreciated the opportunity to upgrade and chose one of the Superior rooms. However, when it came to preparing the new room—specifically rearranging the twin beds into a king-size configuration—the housekeeping staff seemed less accommodating. Their attitude was noticeably negative, which was disappointing given the otherwise high level of service throughout the hotel. Despite this hiccup, our stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location is slightly removed from the city center, but it’s easily accessible either by a 15-20 minute walk or a very affordable taxi ride. In summary, while there were a few minor setbacks, the hotel offered a comfortable and memorable stay, with standout service in the restaurant and thoughtful amenities throughout. PS please change the slippers as they are cheap and uncomfortable."
