The hotel is in the new town, but only 3km away from the old town. There is a shopping mall next to it with a large supermarket and a fast food restaurant upstairs. The hotel room is quite large and relatively clean, but the mattress is a bit hard. Locals like to come to the hotel lobby and garden to take wedding photos. The water in the swimming pool is not very clean.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast is also voluminous, and you can eat rice and buckwheat seeds. I forgot to clean the room, and sometimes the hot water doesn't come out. Amenities are minimal. Excellent hotel, there were two days in Bukhara, polite, helpful staff, clean, comfortable room, excellent breakfasts., proximity to the center. Consumables, linens, cleaning every day. Before that, I was in other hotels in Bukhara, they are also not bad, but at the moment GP takes first place. Overall disappointed with the services. Very nice swimming pool but access to the sauna and hammam requires a fee even though the reservation indicated otherwise. Unfriendly staff at the spa and unavailable at reception. The hotel is rather noisy: in fact, there was a rather incredible parade of couples getting married (photos in the lobby) and some of whom were celebrating at the hotel… The breakfast is very good but several times impacted by weddings (no more coffee, dirty tables, etc.). Very expensive compared to our experience in the hotel and especially in comparison with other hotels in the city of lesser quality which we ultimately preferred to this one.

In March 22, we were a family in Bukhara and my friends advised me to stay at the new hotel "Garden Plaza Bukhara" Definitely the best hotel in Bukhara.
