It’s a very nice hotel. The staffs are very friendly and it located in very center. Convenient to go to everywhere.

Totally amazing place to stay. I really really liked it. Big, comfy bedroom and bed. The hotel is tight in the city, everything is there e.g., Lidle, Aldi, Tesco, Metro, Bus stops, restaurant, clubs pubs, cinema and most importantly Jewish district. I always like to come back to this hotel. I feel home, valued and cared for. You can lay a bit extra if you want breakfast. Gym and sauna onsite.

Poor service! The reception staff doesn't like to be disturbed. The TV isn't working? They don't have a solution. The bathtub isn't draining? They don't have a solution (the proposed solution: go shower in the public shower at the spa.) No understanding, no effort. You paid? Forget the service. I don't recommend it. If I had known this before booking, I would have stayed in all the other hotels that are right next door, on the same street, but not in this hotel.

It was terrible. The room was terrible and the hygiene was unacceptable. I asked to check out before I stayed in the hotel for 10 minutes. I bought insurance. They said that I couldn't get a refund after I checked in. They also charged me two days' tax. I insisted on getting a refund, and Ctrip helped me solve it. In short, this hotel with no brand is a pitfall, so be careful when entering it.
