A hotel with just a little extra in all matters. We were traveling 2 adults and 2 kids ( 8 & 10) The service was excellent We felt very welcome. The room was amazing (we got a big suite) with extra parent room and it was big enough for relaxing with take away with tired kids in the evening. The swimmingpool was fine and the sauna very warm and nice. The breakfast was really fantastic with special cook making omelets, special fresh frught maker and a small extra thing when leaving the breakfast. All in all you had the feeling of getting a little extra all the time. This hotel is highly recommended and we would like to stay here again next time we visit Budapest.

The room is beautiful! And there is an exclusive private area, but the main building is a 17th century monument, it is half a reserved area, so there is no elevator, the luggage is not friendly, and the air-conditioning is very weak, so if it is a friend who is afraid of heat or a friend who wants to come in summer, you can avoid it. But winter is very suitable, it is a romantic room! Breakfast is also paid, no extra payment! The experience is great except for being too hot!

We stay here when on business in Budapest, and usually don't have problems but staying in 315 recently we were put next to people having a party in 317, it was really noisy, some kind of last night in Budapest flight crew thing. Why would you put business people next to party people? It just made no sense. We got moved for the night to a quieter suite on same floor, 323, which was great but the next day the front desk ”miscommunicated” us to the breakfast area to collect our breakfast boxes. Its puzzling. Overall the staff are super friendly and things usually go without a hitch and on that basis I would recommend. I really hope standards aren't slipping as it would be a shame.

I can really recommend this hotel if you want to have walking distance, or a variety of communications, to many of the city's attractions, and to have a good nights sleep without disturbing noices, and a friendly accomodating staff. I wish there would have been instant coffee in the room alongside the teabags 😁 (we did get a good laugh though, when the bags that said ”100% arabica beans” turned out to be filled with sugar). The room was nice and clean, with a mini fridge. The first breakfast was a bit of a disappointment for med as a vegan, since we had asked about vegan breakfast on before hand (for my carnivore sister there was wide selection of more or less every thing). We talked to the staff about it, and they asked how they could do it better for the following morning, and they got me everything I asked for (and asked me to let them know if there was anything else I needed), so in the end I am really happy for how they handled this. For our last morning they had made generous breakfast packages for us, (a vegan version for me), so if checking out early, ask for a breakfast package the day before.

We stayed in this hotel for one week. First of all the worker in reception made a stupid comment how my boyfried looked in his passport.. Is it your job to comment how the quests look like? So rude. When we booked our room we had seperate beds because I am very light sleeper.. then we needed one extra night and they chanced the room type without even asking what kind of bed/beds we want.. So of course we got double bed which was really narrow! If you want to sleep well I recommend to take two single beds! I didn't sleep well at all during this whole week. Also the pillows were awful so I had to use towel as a pillow every night. Our room was in 6th floor and it was facing towards courtyard so at least it was quiet. Some of the cleaners didn't wish good morning and one of the cleaners had phone on her hand and she was listening music around 9am.. I mean really? I don't know how well they are suppose to clean the rooms but I think only thing got done was that they only changed the towels every day. Good things: Air conditioner worked really well! There was minifridge which is one of the things I check when I look for a hotel. We liked the seperate wc, you don't see that in hotels anymore that much. There were some really good restaurants nearby, lots of shops and metro station. Breakfast was also good and there was enough space to eat every morning. I wish there would have been more something fresh to eat, I think there were way too much different kind of pastries. I would probably stay in other hotel if I come back to Budapest. Room was nothing like in those pictures and that comment in reception was not nice at all.

Me and my group of 7 friends stayed in this hotel over NYE 2022 (31/12 - 4/01). We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great experience. The hotel staff are lovely, especially the lady working on NYE and the early hours of New Year’s Day. She went above and beyond customer service I have ever had and she was truly a lovely lady. We had three rooms between the 7 of us, a triple room which was 3 single beds and two standard double rooms. These were all well cleaned, comfortable and spacious. The hotel was in good walking distance of many attractions, restaurants and bars, and is opposite the train station that takes you into the main town. There is also a tram stop close by, so the hotel overall is in a great location.
