We have family members that are Ukrainian Refugees that fled to safety in Bucharest. The General Manager of the Moxy Roxana-Maria Vişan was extremely empathetic and understanding to our situation. Lorena Dinescu Crew leader was equally amazing responding to all of our questions and providing incredible support for us. They provided the most special touching personalized service and hospitality to our family for 19 days. Thankfully we were able to find a permanent residence for them with friends in Breda, Netherlands. According to our family members the property has an amazing vibe, great rooms, ideal location to old town, and most importantly a friendly caring staff of employees. Hotel My Continental Gara De Nord provided a solid base for our four days of exploring Bucharest. A very convenient location, regarding the metro and railway station; and within a walkable distance (around 20 min) to the centre. The hotel was clean and safe; our room offered everything we needed and general ambience was pleasant. What deserves a special mention, is the restaurant staff at breakfast times (good-humoured and very professional) as well as breakfast on offer – plentiful, fresh and tasty. Also, a nice vibe there in the evenings with an attentive and lovely gentleman at the bar. Thank you for a positive experience, looking forward to coming back …

A great place to have a quiet room, plenty of coffee and a large breakfast in the morning close to no 5 and no 16 trams and 220 metres from the Zepplin Pub! The four of us sharing has twin rooms on the 2nd (203) and 4th floors of the 6 floor hotel, The receptionists were very good and helpful and spoke good English. The shower and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

+ΤHE BEST HOTEL EVER ❤️🎉🎊 Extra spacious room with very spacious bathroom. Comfortable, big bed. Lots of pillows. There is both a shower and a bathtab. Amazing decoration. The fridge has yummy goodys to take with you on your daily trips, which are refilled on the house. (Thank you 🤗). Free coffee and water available. +Right in the heart of bars and entertainment. We have a front-looking room and it is amazing. It's surrounded by bars and delicatesens. Of course you can hear some music from downstairs only if you have the windows open, but hey, you're on holidays in the heart of Bucharest ❤️ +Very helpful staff/owner. We arrived at 20:30 at night but we hadn't received the self-check in code, so we called Vilacrosse and the lovely gentleman who answered told us he would be with us in a minute to help us out. Actually, he came just in a few seconds and he gave us the code. He was very kind. 🙏 +Breakfast is served downstairs, outside the building, at the first coffee shop on the right. The first day the service was very slow. It took us an hour to finish. Today, it was served within a reasonable time. You actually have 4 options to choose from. The breakfast is full and very tasty. +The room, the view, the facilities, the price, the area, everything is AMAZING. -The only minus is the dead cockroaches in the balcony. Obviously, there has been a disinfection procedure since the building is very old. However, you can see enough dead cockroaches in the balcony which are very disgusting and terrifying since I'm not sure whether there are alive ones which can get in the room. 😳 -Another minus is the breakfast variety. There are no fruits or vegetables in all 4 breakfast options. Pleeeeease we need to have some fresh fruits in the morning, not only bread and processed food. Thank you ❤️🥰🤗 I do recommend Vilacrosse. It's been the best place I've ever stayed in my trips

After coming out of the subway station, walk about 7-8 hundred meters to the hotel. The hotel is in an alley, and the shop's marked light box is very conspicuous at night. The hotel rooms are not many, clean and hygienic, the service staff is very welcoming, breakfast is average, but can be full.

The best location for a hotel in Bucharest. Everywhere is walkable in not very long. c15 to book shop/old town in a straight line. Friendly and efficient check-in. Very spacious room and lovely balcony. Decent products in bathroom. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Perfect for a Bucharest city break.

The hotel is not far from the subway station and there is a university below. When we arrived, there was a university game. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is convenient for shopping. Very cost-effective, recommended to stay. But I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment.

We mistake for old town & uptown , location was 35mins ++ walking distance to city & old-town & all day-tour pick up point . Quiet place for sleeping. We ordered airport pick up , the Driver nice & good , his drop us and open the lobby door for us , take the room keys in letter box for us and explain where ours lot . feel good ( around 22:00pm local times)… .. after in ours apartment, look new and tidy inside , but we can’t find any brief-notes for WiFi passwords, even found the modem , password was chance !! so thinking paid for roaming , ( Vodafone get in data ) , work only few second than died line all night till morning even walk around at city . ( choose Orange will more better). Service or Staff ? We stay four nights, none seen one . The window & balcony full of dust . By the end, if you’re self drive tourist is ok to stay here .

Overall very satisfied, but no mineral water, no kettle. Not very central location, but also ok. There is a Lebanese restaurant on the side. There is a cosmetics shop and a small supermarket downstairs. Free parking on the roadside. European makeup doesn't work. Alcohol is strong.
