Ibis Brussels Erasmus Reviews

The bedroom is very cosy and nice. Receptionist was friendly. There is a train station nearby quite a walking distance. Just look out for Ibis sign board to get to the hotel.

Access: It's about a 5-minute walk from the last stop on the subway, but it takes 20-30 minutes from the city center. Room: The hotel room has a refrigerator, which is convenient. It's clean. It's a global chain, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind.

The soundproofing is poor both from outside and inside noise. No heating in the bathroom and for good reason the radiator was not connected. The rest is correct and the breakfast is very good.

The location of the hotel can be reached by metro to the city center in 25 minutes with a single line. There is no air conditioning system, but it is not too hot at night anyway. Their bathrooms are a nightmare. The toilet bowl drain is not working properly, water accumulates in the bathtub. The sink drains from the bottom. I reported the problem to the reception, but they could not solve the problem. Beds are good, room size is good but the hotel is outdated. No matter how much cleaning is done, it does not look clean. Choose another hotel.

Welcoming structure with convenient parking. Abundant breakfast and excellent dinner although not very varied. Clean and modern rooms. Hotel located in front of the metro station (very convenient)

Although it is far from downtown Brussels, it was nice to be able to get to it at once by subway, and it was rather secluded. The staff were friendly.
