A well located hotel which offers you the amenities that every establishment should offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure to buy water before arriving. The hotel is accessible via the lift on the side of the big building. You can't miss it.

Loved the staff. The location was lovely too and you can easuly get food within a few min walk away from you. However, there were no tea bags, hardly a sugar and you have to pay for the wifi🤦🏻♀️

Out of all the hotels I have stayed in around the country for work. Especially travelodges. I have never experienced customer service like I have this week. This is all thanks to the 2 lovely young woman chardonnay and aliyah. They have been nothing but nice and helpful to me. Always approached the desk with a smile and a positive happy attitude. I will be here for the next few weeks through commitments and would be happy to see these girls welcoming me at the desk as I arrive

I normally can't stand travel lodges , the staff are normally rude and onnoxious that being Said after my stay at this travel lodge my mind has been changed , the two girls at reception chardonnay and aliyah really made me feel welcome and said If I ever needed anything during my stay don't hesitate to come to reception and they will help me any way they can and even offered to help with my bags as I travel heavy which was a really nice gesture . These two girls are very professional and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is as good as it can be . Thanks a lot and I will be staying again when I'm next in the area

lovely hotel, The staff especially chardonnay and aliyah at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable the car park was convenient and really enjoyed our stay here would come again

The beds not too bad, rooms are super clean the staff were very friendly and helpfull, managed to get a good nights sleep, also great for parking. And nice and secure car park, loads of places for food i will be staying for a while well working away thanks again

Travelodge London Crystal Palace was a great stay. Comfortable bed, quiet clean room and pleasant staff. Hot shower, kettle and the basics provided. If you’re coming by car, the entrance to the car park is on Croydon Road, to the right of the large Nissan Garage. There is a Travelodge sign. You then key in the number and the large metal door rises and you drive up the slope to the car park. There are about 100 spaces. You can access the hotel from the car park and this is fairly well signposted.

lovely room stayed for two nights so happy when i ask i can even bring my dog next time i come up from great yarmouth as i having got no where else to stay lovely view as well at night i even live the shower this morning shame they don’t do breakfast but that ok

Very good service and neat rooms. The serenity of the environment and the little tilt on the windows allowed fresh air to circulate the room with heating in the room all day long

Extremely friendly staff at reception on check in and check out- a smile makes SO much difference. Thank you. Hotel is fairly basic but had all we needed for a one night stay visiting relatives nearby. Comfy bed with extra pillows very welcome. Very clean, quiet, secure and handy for public transport and local shops.

A big thank you to Lily and Aliyah this evening for their help I work in construction and my back has been playing me up and they were kind enough to change my room so I had access to a bath to help with my injury. I’ve stayed here a lot these past few weeks and all the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I will be sure to stay here again in future when I’m working down this way
