To clarify some of the previous reviews, this hostel seems to have a couple of different buildings. The one I stayed in is definitely not the one in their photos. (I attached photos). This was an older building with vintage (old) furniture and no lift. My room was third level, up a winding staircase with a kitchen and bathroom on both the ground and third floors for convenience. It was clean, had VERY hot water, a somewhat uncomfortable bed, and a great location! Picture of the tower is looking out the window of the room. I found it completely fine and would recommend it as long as people understand what they are getting.

The location is great. It is near establishment, train stations and very convenient within the city. Easy check in and smooth process. Just the lift is not working. The rooms are clean and organized. Highly recommended for short stays.

Nice location

The location is in the center, there is a shopping mall next to it, there is a Chinese food that tastes good, and there is also a supermarket for supplies. Very close to the train station and major attractions. I don’t know why I booked a duplex for myself, with four beds😂.

This hostel is located in Brno, the second largest city in the Czech Republic. It has a shared kitchen and is close to the old town, so it's a recommended place.

For the price it was really okay, I can only recommend taking a single room.

Their ********** web advert page advised that there was limited onsite parking. This was a prime reason for me booking there. But when I asked for confirmation that a space had been reserved for me, I was told that there was never any parking. My response email was ignored. On arrival I was advised that the Mgr had yet to update the web site... ie they are deliberately peddling FALSE information to lure bookings and then ENTRAP Customers (as there is a no refund policy. This ILLEGAL, rude, dysfunctional and zero customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE. They are THEIVES!

The location is good, the place is clean but has poor ventilation. I was in a shared room with 6 beds. The price is OK, I paid 14€ for the bed with looker included. The best thing was the service at the reception. A blonde girl, (I say this because I don't know her name) very friendly who in perfect English gives you recommendations of where to go or eat. I recommend it for those on a budget and in a group.

This hostel was a nightmare and believe me - I'm no princess and my expectations were low. Room was dirty with carpets that haven't seen vacuum cleaner for a long while. There was a fridge, but man, it was so disgusting. Showers were leaking, there was no place to put your stuff when you wash yourself, water in the sink was cold and there were no paper towels. Kitchen is equipped poorly. Wi-Fi didn't work. The worst part is that I haven't ever met so inconsiderate guests. There is something shady about this place. Drunk kids screaming in the middle of the night, people constantly slamming the door or a guy that was talking to someone on loudspeaker for 2 hours at midnight in the kitchen (?!) made sleeping impossible and a stay there unbearable. It's not hostel's fault, but it adds up to that poor experience and I think the lack of 24/7 reception doesn't help either. Everyone do what they want and don't care about anything. Also, so many people write that elevator was not working during their stay. It makes me think if it ever works? Anyway, it was out of order now as well. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. And the price is not that great either, I've seen many cheaper and better places.

Excellent location, central and surrounded by all services: numerous markets, bars, restaurants and shops of various kinds. Friendly staff, good sized room, comfortable bed with side curtains to ensure a minimum of privacy. Good cleaning, the bathrooms could use some updating (especially the showers). Lack of a common area to relax in, small and not very functional kitchen.
