We stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.

This is clean but no air conditioning and far away twin center, luckily hotel provide shuffle service after 16:00. However, there is noise always hear dance music till to mid night.

The room is nice and the front desk service attitude is also very good. However, it is a little far from the train station and the city center. You need to plan your trip in advance. The hotel facilities are complete.

Nice location with a nearby tram that gets you to the old town in 10 min. Špilberk castle can be seen from the balcony. Free parking on the street. Good dinner menu on Christmas at the restaurant.

Perfect location to explore the city centre. Personal was friendly.
Rooms were modern with good air conditioning and the largest and most comfortable bed I ever found in a hotel.
Breakfast was enough. Not overwhelming but more than OK for the start of the day.
Caution at 3 nights with more than 400 euros is quite high.
Note when you arrive by car. Publicly parking on the ground was not possible and the hotel's parking prices are relatively high, even in the surrounding area A and B the prices for parking are not very cheap. On Saturday and Sunday, parking in Zone B is free, but it has solved the problem satisfactorily for us.
The hotel is very beautiful and it is very comfortable with its stars.

The overall experience is good. First of all, the location of the hotel is very superior, the transportation is convenient, and there are many dining and shopping places around. The rooms are modernly decorated, fully equipped, comfortable beds, and the softness of the beds is moderate, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, the bath towels and towels were soft, and the gym was very good.

The facilities are perfect and the location is very convenient. It is easy to find, check in self-service form, a few points can check in. The room is comfortable and quiet.
There is a bar nearby which is very good and the wine is complete. Finally, I also send soup. I like this trip very much.

GGuest UserSince it was simply an opportunity to sleep, there is no great significance in evaluating the service or other facilities. However, the reason I gave it 1 point is that I arrived late at night, and as I was tired, I quickly took a shower and was about to sleep, when I realized that no towels were provided. It is true that I found out later that the hotel recommends the save earth in relation to towel washing. Therefore, it informs you that towels that have not been used before will be reused. Even so, the house keeper should have checked whether towels existed, but it is a minimum. I gave it a low score because is not even checked.

The hotel has a swimming pool and many saunas, so you can spend an afternoon in it. One of the swimming pools can also swim nude. Many middle-aged men jump into the nude pool, and there are also some old ladies. Young people generally choose to walk by quietly.

GGuest UserA bit of a walk from the station, but also close to the square and in a great location to walk around the city. The staff were very nice, especially the breakfast reception staff always greeted me with a smile.
The number of breakfast buffets was great and I stayed ３ but I couldn't get it all. It was very delicious and I woke up looking forward to it every morning.
The view was a bit disappointing, but it is a hotel that I definitely want to stay next time I go to Brno.

Parking situation is good and the Spa quite ok.
Unfortunately I had a heavy diarrhea.
Although every room has a complementary bottle of water, the hotel was unable or unwilling to supply me a second bottle ( of cause we offer to pay for it ) after 10 pm. I still don't understand what's the problem to supply a simple bottle for a ill guest.

柳柳純一Are Czech people familiar with Japanese? .. Some of the people at the front desk greeted me and cared for me in Japanese while speaking one word.
The room was large and clean for the price and had a bathtub.
I thought breakfast was normal, but the warm bake beans were very delicious, and it was so delicious that I thought that there would be a large dish instead of a small ball.
Unfortunately, there is a little distance from the station. It's a short walk from the tram number 1, but it may be full depending on the time and may be difficult depending on the size of the ridge.

SSummThe location is great. It is near establishment, train stations and very convenient within the city. Easy check in and smooth process. Just the lift is not working. The rooms are clean and organized. Highly recommended for short stays.
