Location is good for me. Area has several restaurants. Room is small. CS are good

i like it it wasnt something like woow but yeah, and its expensive also but if ur really need to stay somewhere i can say its alright

Upon arrival, was informed by reception that because I arrived late, they had cancelled my booking. They demanded payment of GBP 50 for reinstating my reservation. Room was above a pub and there were constant noises until pass midnight everynight. Bedsheets were dirty. When we were checking out, asked reception to book a metered taxi for us. She ended up booking a car for us which charged us double. All in all, the most disappointing hotel stay of my life.

It was my first time staying in Ibis and I found it really good.

The room is clean and the place is convenience. The price is also complete.

I do like the cleanness of this hotel, and staff is also friendly, but some slippers and tooth brush would be nice.

The hotel is good for short stay and business travellers. Breakfast is acceptable abs customer service is good. Very near bar and bistro.

Nice hotel, staffs is nice and location is convenient

The location is convenient, so I chose to stay again. This time I stayed for two days because of a temporary turnaround. I arrived in the early morning, and the check-in was convenient. The front desk was friendly and helped me get a taxi. The only problem was that the seagulls were noisy in the morning.

When booking, I left a message asking for a single sofa bed, and I didn't expect that we would be upgraded to a suite for free. Except that the toilet in the bathroom has a weak suction and needs to be flushed repeatedly. All other services are very satisfactory.

The location is good, in the city center. The room is a bit small.

1. The room was not booked according to the name on the passport when I checked in. The front desk staff was confused, inefficient, and not very friendly. 2. The room smelled very perfumed and was not ventilated, which was not very comfortable.
