The room was not very clean. The quilt cover was a bit dirty. I asked for a replacement, but they forgot, so I had to ask again. The towels were also limited, and I couldn’t request extra ones. The floor had a lot of dust as well.

Everything was ok considering the cheap price. It was clean and nice for a short stay. But for the amenities the iron is not functioning

The worst experience I ever had booking with trip. I booked a week earlier but went I came to check-in there is only one room left. The room was in the basement. The moment I enter the room I can immediately see molds all over the walls and even the table. Very bad that I had to leave in concern of my health. I have cancelled my booking and requested a refund but 2 days still no response.

Good Place and great location to stayed for overnight with Families. Near to all the attraction places in Cameron Highland. Recommended to others as well to stay here when stay at Cameron Highland.

-Insects crawling in the room. -Bedsheet and the quilt was not clean . There are stains on the quilt and the bed. -Staff sleeping at the sofa when i need to check out.

So far okay la untuk yg nk bercuti budjet rendah, bilik sesuai dengan harga walaupun ada masalah sikit dengan bilik dan hotel, parking pun okay banyak je, kalau beruntun boleh dapat bilik yang ada balcony tpi balcony biasa2 je la just boleh santai dekat luar tngok view, lepasni boleh repeat sini lgi, yg penting hotel bebas dari gangguan😂

honestly,if you want to come in peak times (school holiday/weekend) better check in sharp on time. because the hotel system fails. either you book from trip,agoda,booking you must aware hotel can cancel your booking/replace your booking to another customer. in my previous situation,me and 3 other person,our booking cancel as we arrived there around 4-5pm after jammed. their rooms not much. their system should improvised. they provide soap only. my rooms got 1 fan.please change the mattress. you can feel the spring already. please change the water heater/shower water pressure.very slow. have a little stains on towel and bedding. dont forget bring your own mineral water/drinking water.they dont provide.

Everything is good . My family just want to find a place to sleep only so i think the room is comfortable enough for rm80 per night . Got cabbages farm beside the hotel and the view is nice too. So if u want to go to a cheap and budget hotel but comfort enough u can stay here. Not for fussy people.
