Not sure what to expect but I wonder why the room has no fan or aircond. If no aircond it acceptable but not even single fan in a room? At night we were feels like a bit hot with no airflow movement in our room. I have check with receptionist and they said all room are the same, there is no aircond or fan. There are water spill on the floor when I first check in. Coming from fridge, not sure why. And the fridge are not cold. Even not functioning. Basic tooth kit only. Deposit please prepare RM100 cash. If not, you need to make online transfer and to refund back it takes 3-7 days. I am still waiting for my deposits. The bedsheet full of stains. Tv are not functioning.

Im very happy and I feel very satisfied in this hotel. staying here can provide the best access.. in terms of wifi, hot water, fridge, airfryer and much more.. the parking lot is also spacious.. it is very worthwhile to invite your family or partner to stay at this hotel.. highly recommended

Hotel very clean. Strategic location and easy to access ‘Pasar Malam

The location and the hotel vibes were very pleasant. It just the cleaness was not up to usual standard. But the front desk staff and kitchen crew were friendly. Overall, my family and I loved it. 💕

We came here for work trip. Spacious and most suitable for big groups, have elevator, staff are firendly, the hotel stimbot resaurant was very helpful to cater all our need and questions. Will definitely come again, and this time will be with kids.

I booked 3 bedroom suite for my family. The unit we got was very old, not clean and there’s mold everywhere. The bed was broken in the middle when we sat on it, its like on the see-saw. The bedsheet and the duvet were not clean. I got rashes all ovee my body.

Unit is dirty, and its not maintained. sofa in living room has an odour and tv is not functioning.

The room floors of the suite were dusty and bedroom slippers are not provided so we had to walk around on dusty cold floor. Bathrooms attaching to the bedroom did not have heater and we had to shower in cold water in cold, rainy night weather. No toilet rolls and only tissue dispenser was provided which was fixed to the wall outside the reach of the toilet bowl. No toiletries like toothbrush, shower cap or soap was provided. Only a bottle of washing liquid (which we presume is for bath as it was not labelled) was fixed to the wall in the bathroom. Kitchen cooker was not working and no utensils are provided. Wonder how you heat up or cook without saucepan or cooking utensils. Kitchen cupboard doors are broken and badly stained. Our suite sleeps six but they only provide 2 spoons and 4 forks (one of which is badly bent). Walls of some part of the apartment are dirty and so are the living room sofas.

The location is very convenient, a bit old the facilities, service was nice and friendly 😊

Cleanliness is terrible. Stains everywhere. Environment of the building is also dirty. Service is slow during check-in. Did not enjoy my stay at all.

Nice place to stay, cuma tak sure either memang tak provide extra pillow or what. Or should i req, some of amenities arent provided as stated. Second day stay, water heater tak function.
