Hotels with Breakfast in Tamuning

The hotel was clean and nice. The only thing was that it was hard to find the entrance to the parking lot. Well, I just parked my car and asked the doorman. If he hadn't told me, I would have walked around. Everything was good, but there was a problem with the room I stayed in. I checked in at 4, rested for a while, and then had dinner. When I tried to take a shower around 7, there was no shower switch. It was ridiculous, and when I showered, the water from the shower flowed out of the shower room. Maybe that's why there were towels in the shower room, but there was a step. Anyway, after I finished showering, I called the front desk and explained the situation. My English was limited, so it was hard, but anyway, the front desk said they would send a driver. I spent a lot of money to come here, and I didn't like this kind of service. So I asked if I could change my room, and they said they would ask the manager. After 20 minutes, the employee came and checked the shower. At the same time, a phone call came and said they would change my room. So I told the employee that the manager called to change my room, and he said he was the manager. And they changed my room, but they only changed the floor and changed it to the same location. But the problem is that after I asked the front desk that there was a problem with the shower, they changed the room after 1 hour and 15 minutes. My wife was tired and couldn't wash, so she was annoyed. And the room they changed to wasn't cleaned properly. I guess it was because I went to a cheap room and the service was bad. It was the cheapest room. I bought a flight and got a discount, so it was 670,000 won (including breakfast). But the air conditioner in the room I changed to didn't work well. My wife kept saying it was hot and strange, but I couldn't tell because our sleeping temperatures were different. Or maybe it was because my wife just came out of the shower with hot water. But I woke up in the middle of the night because it was so cold. So I turned up the air conditioner temperature, but it didn't go up. My wife said it was okay, but I was so cold. I thought about calling the front desk, but they told me to wait again and change the room, so I knew I would have to wait for over an hour, so I just went to sleep. Fortunately, I stayed at Dusit Thai for 1 night and went to another hotel. When I told them about this when I checked out, the staff said, 'I'm sorry.' Unless the room rate is 1 million won, everything here is good, but I don't think I'll go there because the service and facilities are not good. Something similar happened when I went to Lotte before, and they changed my room within 15 minutes of asking. Of course, Koreans are fast... lol Anyway, it was a ruined day for a 20th wedding anniversary trip.

The access to the city center was great! This time we were traveling with our children, so we booked a pool that the kids would enjoy! The pool water was a little cold, but it wasn't a problem once they got in!

Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends.

Immediately greeted by staff upon entry. We were quickly informed of the IHG free membership and given our room cards. We were then kindly directed by staff to the elevator. Elevator controls are on the outside of each floor so you need to keep in mind if chosen wrong floor by accident. We had selected the Premium King bedroom with ocean view on the 4th floor. View is nice but would recommend higher floor if you’d like to take pictures of the scenery better. Big Samsung 55 inch wall mounted TV. The TV had options for shoes, hotel information etc. I was hoping to use my Roku to stream but I could not access the HDMI port behind the TV. Free high speed wifi was very convenient. No Password so easy to use. The room itself was great! Many USB and power ports both near bed and desks. You’ll also be pleased with how many light options there are for this room. Great to choose the perfect ambience you want. Very clean and plentiful freebies within. The Robes were high quality and very comfortable. Aircon controls were easy and very good. Bathroom was immaculate with cold and hot water with many small and large towels. We had ordered room service and were amazed by the quality of the food. Staff called a few times to confirm the contents of our order when prepping. We were told 45-1hr but food came well within 30 min from kind staff. I was keen to see the gym amenities. You need your card to access the room in 1st floor. The gym is small and mainly has cardio machines, dumbbells and 1 master tower band weight machine. All you need for a full workout but may be inconvenient if there are multiple guests wanting to use the room. An extended gym with more equipment would be my biggest recommendation. Overall we were very happy with our stay! I would visit again in the future for sure. Highly recommend the new Crowne Plaza Hotel.

My husband and I chose Tsubaki Tower for our first trip! We didn't have any particular plans and just wanted to relax and unwind, so we chose a room with access to the lounge. We took a flight that departed late at night and arrived early in the morning, but they were able to look after our carry-on suitcases before we checked in. We were tired so we asked if we could check in early, and were told that if we checked in early (6-9am), we would have to pay the full price for one night, if we checked in between 10-12pm, we would have to pay 50%, and if we checked in between 1pm-3pm, we would have to pay 30%. We gave up on checking in early to save money, but since the first shuttle bus leaves after 9am, next time we might want to change our flight or check in earlier. By the way, at around 7:30, the shops that serve breakfast open, but I couldn't stay long, so I went to see the ocean and go to ABC Store to kill time lol, just for reference, Tsubaki Tower was luxurious from the lobby, but the room was also luxurious and I was very satisfied. My name was displayed on the TV, so it felt special. The location from the balcony was amazing and the view was mesmerizing! The pool and lounge were also great! There was no makeup remover, and the face wash was a type that could be used as a hand soap. It was a bit disappointing that there was no lotion either, but I was happy that there was a bathtub and that the toilet paper was flushable! The service was good, and I thought that I could only use the lounge once a day, but it seems that I can use it as many times as I want. There was breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time, and all drinks and alcohol were all-you-can-drink! Cocktail time is a buffet with all-you-can-eat snacks, so it was a good deal as I didn't have to go out to eat. However, I found out about this halfway through, so I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to use it from the first day. It would have been nice if they had told me more about it when I checked in. Even with the disappointing points, it was still a great hotel and I have memories of it! I look forward to coming back again, working hard every day and hoping for the yen to appreciate! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great value for money. Cheaper than the majority of other hotels of similar spec and location. Having the beach just a minute or 2 walk from the hotel entrance was a real plus point. The only thing lacking was the pool, which would have added a lot more value if some simple refurbs had modernized it to make it more inviting (tiles surrounding it, deck chairs etc). Overall, a great trip and I'll definitely book again next time I go to Guam.

Compared with the five-star hotels with sea views, Hilton Nikko and Westin, the location is super superior. There are duty-free shops and various restaurants, including abc supermarket. There is also a Jp Store in the hotel lobby. There is also a taxi service counter at the door, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. The price-performance ratio is relatively good, and the buffet breakfast is also very rich.

I’ve stayed here several times already. This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor. There are some gripes with our room though. There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead. I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them. They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down. The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits. This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit. Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit. Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there. The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

I used the Premier Suite and it was great. Includes executive lounge Simple breakfast (scrambled eggs, ham, bread, drinks, etc.) on the 7th floor of Premier Tower I used happy hour (sandwiches, nachos, cheese, drinks, beer, cocktails), etc. The room size is very large, and I had a good rest for 6 nights and 7 days. I'll come again next time

ㅡ No need to bring a separate shower, toothpaste + shampoo, totally different from our emotions ㅡ Weak water pressure in the bathroom, the shower booth is attached to the bathroom bathtub So it feels dry (be careful) It can be Han River, ㅡ The swimming pool (on the way to the beach) is well-maintained ㅡ The Korean people at the front desk are so so kind 👍 ㅡ Make sure to eat breakfast at least once (the menu is really diverse and the Korean set meal is really good👍) If there's one thing that's a bit disappointing, it's that the distance from the front desk to the room is a bit far
