GGuest UserGenerally pleasant, Fantastic location and relatively new facilities that ensured a comfortable experience. However, the receptionist and restaurant staff could improve their friendliness and customer service. It seemed they lacked the patience to provide directions or assistance when needed. Despite this drawback, the overall stay was enjoyable, thanks to the convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

MManuel JoseThe Riva Vista hotel was beautiful designed property, we loved it all, the service was friendly, the breakfast buffet and the dinner menu were great, very delicious food, attentive service, on a wonderful setting it is just few steps from the Blue Temple, that makes it convenient, but far from downtown.

SScott InglisWe spent five nights at Sooknirund Hotel and had a lovely, relaxing stay. The hotel is beautifully designed with a mix of modern and vintage charm, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully put together. The inclusion of a cafetière in the room was a particularly nice touch.
There are some great features throughout the hotel, including a small but well-equipped gym, and a cosy library room with a Nespresso machine, which made for a peaceful spot to unwind.
While the stay was very comfortable overall, the breakfast was the one slight letdown. It’s à la carte, and you pre-select your dish at reception the night before. While the menu is varied, the quality and availability were inconsistent. On some mornings, there was juice, toast, and cereal alongside the main dish, while on others, these extras were nowhere to be seen, which was disappointing.
Late check-out wasn’t available, which would have been appreciated, but the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, and that made a big difference.
In short, Sooknirund Hotel is a stylish and comfortable base in Chiang Rai, and we would happily stay again, we just hope breakfast becomes a little more consistent.

PPi Ka ChuWe booked 3 rooms for 5 adults and 1 child, wasn’t expecting this hotel to be like a standard international franchise as it’s in Chiang Rai, much smaller city than Chaing Mai. Amarin Resort surprisingly well located (just a few steps away from one of the internet sensation restaurants at riverside), rooms were large and clean, very nice and huge variety of breakfast in Buffet, seating and garden area were well decorated to have a relaxing atmosphere, smaller but good sized swimming pools is also available if you’re interested. Staffs were also very warm welcoming and helpful. We will comeback again for longer stay next time and try the rooms that got direct access to swimming pool. Love it!

GGuest UserWe needed a 3 night stay in Chiang Rai, so we picked this hotel and found it was in a very convenient location in the center of the city. The lovely people at reception welcomed us with a drink and had our room ready for us. The room was large and clean. There was a variety of dishes for breakfast with good service. It was an excellent stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying a short stay.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est excellent et l’attitude du personnel est très agréable. Pour toute personne ne connaissant pas la langue thaï, le personnel de l’hôtel vous aidera. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La piscine est propre. L’hôtel est idéal pour les vacances, les voyageurs d’affaires et ceux qui veulent un endroit calme et relaxant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
