GGuest UserEverything was perfect. Room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave the hotel. Food was exceptionally good and the prices were lower than I expected. If we were to travel to Belgrade, we would definitely stay at Hyatt. Thank you for everything 🙏

GGuest UserThe location was perfect for me: close to the sights and the old city, there was a 24-hour shop right around the corner, and different bus stops were also available on foot. A busy street was behind the window, but it didn't bother me, because I used the climate control in the room and the window was closed all the time. I stayed in a standart single room, it had enough space and high ceilings - one could easily joggle with five objects in there :) It was clean and cosy but sometimes I noticed dust in the corners. There were hygiene kit of cotton pads, swabs, nail file and also shampoo, body milk, shower gel and a cap. A nice addition - kettle, but there wasn't a socket nearby the table so I had to place it on the chait in the middle of the room or even on the floor... The same thing is about the sockets nearby the bed - none. However, there were a lot of cups and plates. Also the minibar was full of beverages (for charge). What bothered me mostly - clothes ironing was also available only as a paid service. Ok, I won't go broke, but after I got my shirt back it was not ironed enough, I would do it better. On the counter - one of the best things - breakfast. Various, delicious and served till 11 a.m. I wish I could taste all the items! Also staff was friendly, helpful and spoke English. So, I consider it as a not perfect but a quite good place to stay with a reasonable price.

GGuest UserIt is highly recommended and will be coming back! -Staff were very friendly and helpful, willing to answer loads of questions and they were always available. - The room was neat and spacious. Not the quietest though - The breakfast area looks deceivingly small, but it had multiple options. There is a room for improvement in terms of adding more continental food items. - Location-wise, we were super happy with our choice as it was central-ish and close to many sites, yet quieter and less busy

GGuest UserThe first hotel I stayed in after landing was indeed the right choice. It was very tiring to take a long flight. When I arrived at Hilton, I felt very relieved and at ease in terms of service, environment, hygiene and facilities. It was a good choice. The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and a bus stop downstairs. There is a restaurant within a few steps. There are must-see attractions within one to two kilometers, including the Church of St. Sava, the National Museum, Knez Mihajlova Street, and the Danube River.

GGuest UserVery good small hotel, the room is not small, the breakfast is especially rich, recommended by a friend from a travel agency, the hotel dinner is also good, the price is not expensive, the two of us also had two glasses of wine for dinner, which is RMB 150. GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and tidy, the service staff is nice and friendly to Chinese people. The hotel is in a great location, and it only takes about ten minutes to walk to the National Grand Theater to watch performances. I can recommend it to Chinese people.

The hotel is quite popular with tour groups; the restaurant is packed every morning between 7 and 8 am because tour groups usually depart at 8 am. Fortunately, breakfast is open until 10 am, and if you come in around 8:30 am, it's practically empty. The restaurant has a wide variety of drinks and fruits, and the water dispenser has hot water, making it very convenient for making tea. I saw many tour groups from Balkan countries filling empty mineral water bottles with drinking water, which seems to be allowed in the hotel restaurant. Overall, this hotel is very good.

AANNA BUKHTIYThe hotel is in a park on the Danube, the nature is gorgeous, huge - beautiful trees in the park are gorgeous. From the road to the hotel to walk 5 minutes, if a lot of luggage will not be very convenient, or agree with the hotel to meet them card. because this is a city park, where in the morning, afternoon, evening people run and walk, and late in the evening to return to the hotel is scary. Nearby bus stop to the city center 2 stations, next to a huge shopping center with boutiques Zara, Massimo, etc. (10-15 minutes walk through the park) The hotel itself is normal for its budget.

It's far from Belgrade Bus Terminal, but if you take bus number 31, which runs nearby, it won't be a problem (it's difficult if you get there during the morning and evening rush hours). There is also a large shopping mall near the hotel, which is convenient. There is a mini fridge. There are security cameras at the entrances and elevators. A disappointing aspect. Wi-Fi is available but unstable. Breakfast gets boring if you stay for consecutive nights. The breakfast room on the 18th floor has a nice view, but the glass is dirty and not clear. Deterioration is noticeable overall.
