Hotels with Breakfast in Yugawara

The meals are exquisite, the room is quiet and the service is intimate. The red leaf room is just raining. Listening to the rain lying flat + drizzling in the hot spring = floating life stealing half a day.

This is my first time to experience this kind of pure Japanese-style hotel. Although I only stayed there for one night in a hurry, the experience was very rich and colorful. The service staff was warm and considerate. Although we relied almost entirely on translation machines and body language, it did not affect our communication. The aunt who was responsible for taking care of us would patiently help us change our clothes, remind us to appreciate the cherry blossoms, and ask us where to go. It felt like my own relatives were taking care of the children who came to travel. This is probably the meaning of a family hotel. Dinner and breakfast were very delicious and sufficient! The girls really couldn't finish it! When I learned that someone of us had a birthday, I got a handwritten blessing card, which was very touching! Our friends agreed to stay more time to come here next time!

식사가 더할 나위없이 훌륭했습니다. 온천 등 시설 자체는 전체적으로 오래됬으나 관리는 깔끔하게 잘 되어 좋았습니다.

Great hotel, although the staff speaks no english but they will try all means to communicate with you, using their phone to translate.

Now everything is efficient, and it is difficult to judge whether the service is good or bad. I had a self drink and I didn't have any trouble, so I wonder if the service is good? Since there is only one open-air bath, it is difficult to go without waiting for the replacement time. The hot spring was good.

We arrived at hotel to find that our room did not have beds. I requested a room with beds, since I am unable to sleep on floor due to my illness of Ménière’s disease. I literally requested a room with beds. Unfortunately they said they were fully booked and could not make changes. We had a big family reunion and my cousin was kind enough to offer his room to us. Also, during checkout they gave us a bill with room charges, karaoke and drink fees. We thought that the room was already charged and that we only had to pay for drinks and karaoke. Eventually, it was settled after 30 minutes. They need to be more organized.
