I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The view was breath taking you can see close up for the Mountains. Amazing Beautiful

Excellent Location, but with Service Quirks The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India. The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing. There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression. Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff. All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

overall property was good.last day I got stuck in their lift due to some malfunction for about 15minutes abd nobody came for my help .Only after 15minutes I got any help from the hotel staff.So my take average for the services.

The hotel was not as good as shown in images and room was not well designed. Lift was not working properly. It was expensive according to facilities. But it was at a good location, service was average, cutlery was not properly cleaned, electric ports were not working properly. Ac was too small and not working, and ac remote was also not given we have to use buttons on the ac which can give us a shock

A wonderful hotel, from the staff,food,reception, breakfast, bar..5**** very kind and generous staff... the taxi service from Bhupinder was fantastic.. over all a beautiful place to stay..with wonderful views of the himalayas!!

My room offered breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar range, making it the perfect spot for quiet morning meditations, journaling, and listening to the whispers of the wind. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the warmth of the staff. The hospitality here feels genuinely attentive and heart-centered, rather than just transactional. The team went completely out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable, looked after, and welcome at all times. The rooftop terrace is also a gorgeous, peaceful spot to enjoy an incredible meal while soaking in the panoramic mountain views. If you are a solo female traveler looking to reconnect with nature, find inner peace, and experience genuine Himalayan warmth in a safe environment, this is exactly where you need to be. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, safe, and deeply inspired. I cannot recommend them enough! I had the complete dorm for myself so i had lots of space. There was even a small balcony with a great view. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing which was missing was a bin.

We recently had a superb stay at hotel king castle, mcleodganj. All the staff members of the hotel were courteous and helpful with providing services. They even helped us in arranging our local sightseeing tour which was a great experience. The hotel is tucked in a quiet corner on the main road in a very peaceful setting amid-st nature. It's situated at about 1. 5 km from the main mcleodganj square. The view from the balcony was amazing. With breathtaking views of the sunrise, sunset, and the panaromic view of the valley. I'll also rate the property high on hygiene and cleanliness. Overall a safe and comfortable place to stay for families, couples and foreign tourists in mcleodganj. Would love to stay here again when in mcleodganj.

I stayed in a private room and had a wonderful experience. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. The peaceful surroundings made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Raj, who manages the property. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I noticed that some of the dormitory rooms appear a little older compared to the private rooms, but overall the place has a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The property provides food for guests, and there is also the nearby Utopia Café where you can enjoy additional meal options. The location is in Upper Dharamkot, so it is a bit more secluded compared to the main town. However, this is exactly what makes it special. It is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise, traffic, and crowds. If you’re seeking a place to rest, reflect, or simply enjoy nature, this location is ideal. The property can be reached by tuk-tuk, making transportation convenient despite the hillside location. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The beautiful views, peaceful environment, comfortable private room, and Raj’s hospitality made this a memorable experience. I would happily stay here again.

The best thing about this property is really great food (Akshay sir is really awesome chef who can get you the cuisines based on your choices) and staff (Abinash, Nanak, Sanjay and everyone). Very convenient location for many places to explore such as Cafes and Dharamkot Market. I would love to visit again and hopefully every year 😇
