I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The view was breath taking you can see close up for the Mountains. Amazing Beautiful

overall property was good.last day I got stuck in their lift due to some malfunction for about 15minutes abd nobody came for my help .Only after 15minutes I got any help from the hotel staff.So my take average for the services.

A wonderful hotel, from the staff,food,reception, breakfast, bar..5**** very kind and generous staff... the taxi service from Bhupinder was fantastic.. over all a beautiful place to stay..with wonderful views of the himalayas!!

Tucked away beautifully in the mountains, this place is so much more than just a hotel; it is a true sanctuary for the soul, and an absolute haven for anyone traveling on their own. As a woman traveling solo, feeling safe, respected, and at ease in my environment is my absolute highest priority. This property exceeded every expectation. The ambiance is incredibly calm and grounded, and the security and layout of the property felt entirely secure. The property itself beautifully balances a premium aesthetic with the raw, free-spirited energy of the hills. My room offered breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar range, making it the perfect spot for quiet morning meditations, journaling, and listening to the whispers of the wind. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the warmth of the staff. The hospitality here feels genuinely attentive and heart-centered, rather than just transactional. The team went completely out of their way to ensure I felt comfortable, looked after, and welcome at all times. The rooftop terrace is also a gorgeous, peaceful spot to enjoy an incredible meal while soaking in the panoramic mountain views. If you are a solo female traveler looking to reconnect with nature, find inner peace, and experience genuine Himalayan warmth in a safe environment, this is exactly where you need to be. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, safe, and deeply inspired. I cannot recommend them enough! The rate doesn't include breakfast

The stay was definitely an average. Though the views were good and the hotel was near to the market but there were certain things that really annoyed me and my family. They are: 1. The room blanket and bedsheets were dirty. Had to get them changed. 2. They did not give any soap or towels by themselves unless we told them to (these are basic hotel things that they're supposed to do by themselves. We paid them around 15k for 2 nights but we did not even get basic amenities like dental kit or tea related amenities. 3. You definitely should not try their alu paratha since they'll just give you aata paratha with very less or no aloos in it. Really disappointing.

The best thing about this property is really great food (Akshay sir is really awesome chef who can get you the cuisines based on your choices) and staff (Abinash, Nanak, Sanjay and everyone). Very convenient location for many places to explore such as Cafes and Dharamkot Market. I would love to visit again and hopefully every year 😇

The place is located right next to norbulingka institute and definitely worth a visit for a meal even if not staying overnight. The hotel and rooms are neat and clean with the owner's touch visible through some bedsheets need to be replaced as they have started pilling making it rough to sleep on.
