"We had a great few nights stay at Scandic Grand Central. The check-in process was smooth- The hotel even provided an online check-in option that would also notify us when our room is ready so that we can check in earlier. The room was a little smaller than we imagined but nevertheless well-equipped. The breakfast buffet is a MUST- There's a wide variety of food and they are all scrumptious. The staff was warm and accommodating- Big thumbs up to the cleaning staff who greeted us everyday without fail with the biggest smile on their faces. The location is also fantastic-Its very central so all the tourist attractions and transport is within walking distance."

"Right next to few supermarkets (K and S) and above the city’s subway station, with prefect access to and from the airport too by bus #600 that takes 40-45 mins , and a host of tram and bus options connecting to the city’s center in less than 20 minutes The breakfast is impeccable with wide range of bakery and hot food items plus local specialties, so be prepare to wake up early and enjoy start a day; or just head to the market right opposite to the hotel with fascinating line up of food stores and dining options Few mins walk from the hotel will bring you to a park with greeneries and very relaxing vibe"

"Unity is located west of the city centre so a short tram journey is needed to get to the main sights and shopping areas. The building is very well maintained and attractively decorated. My suite was very spacious for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night. Had I not already booked other accomodation I would have stayed here for my entire trip. I was so impressed. The neighbourhood gets quiet in the evenings but there are bars, cafes and food shops just a short walk away."

"Location was really nice! I could go center city station from this hotel within 5 minutes. And then the big supermarket was located next to this hotel and that’s so convenient. But the iron was dirty and the clothes got dirty after ironing."

"Very clean and tidy hotel, very close to Aalto University, it is a serviced apartment, there is a supermarket downstairs, the requirements reserved when booking the room were arranged very satisfactory, there are also entertainment venues on the first floor, billiards, sauna, public kitchen, public meeting room, gym, very convenient and safe, opposite is the supermarket, buying food is also very convenient, the hotel is very cost-effective, next time I will choose here"

"The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center, but there is no need to worry because the public transport around the hotel is excellent and efficient. The breakfast offered is great, and while the bed is quite soft, I would prefer it to be a bit firmer for better back support. The housekeeping staff was very helpful. "Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you"

"Very clean and spacious, with abundant facilities, including a sauna and gym. The breakfast was good, but it was the same every day. It was very convenient to rent a car, as the Europcar office and pick-up point are right next to it."
