整体感受还可以哈 I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and essential amenities. However, some areas could use improvement—noise from the hallway was noticeable at times, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit inconsistent. Breakfast had a decent selection, though it could benefit from more variety. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the hotel provided good value for the price. I would consider staying here again but would appreciate some minor upgrades in service and facilities.

A bit too expensive. Convenient located. Friendly and helpful staffs. Easy to walk to nearby attractions like the freedom trail.

The location of the hotel very convenient for walk around near the train station by 5 minutes walk near the Time Square 10-15 minutes many restaurants around and 7-11 is the front of hotel.

The room is clean and spacious. We just stay one night but it was a very happy stay. I would love to stay longer at this room. Although we stayed at the 1st floor, the view is wide. (There is no slipper provided in American hotels. Please bring your own) It’s just next to the metro station and close to the Boston Common. Nice. I would love to stay here again if I come to Boston again.

The hotel is located very close to China Town and Boston Common, within 15 min walk. Part of the Freedom trail is very close to Boston Common. It’s a bit far from Long Wharf area but still convenient to take a subway to go there. The distance to Farneuil Hall is within 30min walk. Overall it’s a good location. Clean and spacious room space. But the bathroom is the smallest ever Hilton hotel I had seen. The door is scratching the toilet bowl when you try to fully open it. The shower is very small too making it not a pleasant bathroom experience. Other than this, it’s a nice Hilton hotel.

The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with a subway station right downstairs. There are many dining options nearby. On the first day of my stay, the shower faucet was broken, but it was fixed promptly.

The hotel is located in a very good location in Downtown, within walking distance for sightseeing. It's just 15 minutes from the airport, and importantly, the price is very reasonable considering the location.

It was decent overall. The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable, though not particularly memorable. The location was convenient for getting around the city, which was a plus. While the stay was fine, it didn’t quite stand out compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s a solid choice for a short visit, but nothing extraordinary.

Overall is good. But the operator at hotel (seems like an Indian lady from the accent) is quite unsatisfying. When I checked in at the hotel, I asked for no house keeping, but later on I found we do need house keeping, so I called the operator using phone in the room to cancel the request of no house keeping and ask for cleaning and changing of sheets. The Indian lady unwillingly recorded my new requests but the house keeping never came, not only for that day, but also the following days. We asked again by dialing the operator, but there is no house keeping.

Great location for exploring Boston with subway and bus service a very short walk from hotel. Subway is cheap and very efficient way to get around. Hotel rooms are spacious and reception team are very welcoming and helpful. If you want to visit the theatres or Chinatown both are only a few minutes walk. Like any hotel there are downsides.... The includes breakfast option is not correct, you get an allowance towards breakfast which does not cover the cost, also breakfast service can be very good or very bad over the 8 days we stayed we experienced both. Evening meals are OK but you can get much better a few minutes walk away. Whilst the hotel is generally well sound insulated for an old building which has been sympathetically converted to an hotel it does not help on a Saturday night, The local nightclub is extremely popular with long queue's down the street, the ones who cannot get in seem to have a weekly rave on the adjoining multi storey car park until around 3am. The noise is incredible and despite this being a weekly occurrence the hotels complaints seem to be ignored by the local authorities. My advice is to either be prepared and accept the inconvenience or avoid staying on a Saturday Night, the same applies to all the other hotels in the immediate vicinity, especially the one with the Candibar nightclub in its basement! Overall a good hotel which could be even be great if the onsite restaurant was improved, the "includes breakfast" listing was correctly worded, and the local authorities took action about the unsociable noise. Final word of praise for the super reception staff who really go the extra mile to help you enjoy your stay.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Friendly staff and great amenities—would definitely stay here again!

The night shift customer service was terrible. When I called for help, they just said, “Please wait, we’ll call back,” but never did. I had to go to the front desk, where the staff was rude and unhelpful, telling me to handle it myself. Despite requesting assistance yesterday, nothing was fixed. I plan to complain to the head office and will advise my friends to avoid this hotel.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, good and central location close to Boston Commons. Sound isolation of rooms and windows is not so good, so outside work which has started in the morning was audible.

First and last nights were very noisy, so bad I constantly woke up. Not the hotel or guests fault, but my room was right outside the parking lot and a loading / unloading area of some sort and it was really a nightmare. Everything else was good.
