You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

Very good hotel

Breakfast and room were perfect.

This place, calling itself a "hotel," was a disaster, with a long list of terrible things. The roof-pool you see on the hotel's pictures isn’t actually located at another hotel, and it was not mentioned at all! You need to climb about 200 meters to reach the other hotel where this pool is (although they offer as well driven cart to the other hotel). Once you get there, you can "win" the second row of the pool's beds because you don't belong to this specific hotel- meaning they are making you a second-class guest. Moreover, there was no shampoo provided at all at the bathroom, only body soap. The AC was not working well. The temperature did not go below around 24 degrees even though I had set it to 19 degrees. As a result, I sweated throughout the night and couldn't sleep well. The hotel claim that the sun affected the temperature, but the curtains were closed, and there is no sun at night! To add to the misery, there was no hot water in the shower one evening at 7pm. I was told to wait and check again at 10pm, only to be informed that the issue was fixed. But, as you might have guessed, it wasn't. When I request to use another room's shower, they told me I couldn't and suggested I wait a little longer. I asked the reception to consider a compensation, but they completely refused. When we got back home, I emailed the hotel's chain management to get a real reference about this whole stay, and they did apologized, but could not offer me any refund because I didn't book our stay directly from the hotel. Instead, they did offer me a next stay discount- which I will never use of course. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review for a high score 4 stars rated hotel. In my opinion save yourself the trouble and avoid staying there or any other place connected to their name. i wish i didnt had to write this kind of review. ps, attached a pic' of the toilet that was located at a narrow place to sit comfortably enough.

Excelent quality for decent price

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.

The service attitude is super super good! The bed was very comfortable too! The scenery is also very good!

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

What a wonderful stay! Although we were in beautiful Budva, the room was so lovely and overlooked the waters, so much so tht we didn’t want to go out at all! You can walk by the waterfront which is very pleasant. Breakfast was inclusive of the room rate and had a variety of food. The staff of the hotel was so professional. The only slight difficulty was the carpark which only had a few parking spaces for the hotel. I only regret tht we did not stay for more days!

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff was very attentive and accommodating. My room was like a mini suite with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was more than adequate. I ate at their restaurant on the cliffs and the vibe was serene and relaxing, just what I was looking for! Would definitely stay here again!

Only positives - location and room (size and view). - Hospitality service was awful - staff attitude could be far better, especially front office guys. Room service guys (David) and housekeeping were excellent though. - bfast quality was awful. More like food just made and dumped there. - we ordered hummus and does not come with any bread / how don’t eat it - we asked for water at 10 pm and say we have to wait till morng for the complementary bottles ( first time I have heard this in the 30 years of travelling) - no beach access - no hot water as some boiler broke down but they don’t tell u The property mgt team needs to come a long way to make the stay reflect on the excellent city and its environment and people otherwise. Unlikely will recommend to anyone. If u care enough to know why unhappy, pls reach out.

Some staff were quite rude and not helpful at all. They would question any requests such as asking for complimentary water, and I would have to ask repeatedly just for one bottle of water. If you are looking for more than just a room to sleep in, and a good hotel experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Stylish hotel has a dramatic exterior and a massive staircase to a tiny reception. It has an odd layout and is nearby facilities that are not part of the hotel. I think the wellness facilities are a popular part of the hotel service and there seems to be some kind of children’s educational academy close by too. The breakfast room has everything you need and always enjoyed a full cold and hot selection. It also has great views. But doesn’t look big enough for the hotel. But it thankfully never filled up. The hotel has no bar or lounge area. I was told the breakfast room will double for a bar in the summer. The rooms are the biggest draw as they are stunning and are very stylish. The bed was amazing for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was small but had a good shower. Bit tight to sit on the toilet I thought. But room was smart and clean. I was disappointed that the pool was not available considering how warm it was but apparently only in use during the official summer season starting in May. I think you use the pool from the hotel up the hill behind this hotel. Good access to the beach path that runs in both directions. Bit of a trek to the old town but enjoyed the exercise and the walk is pleasant. Also enjoyed walking the other way along the coast. Some nearby restaurants and beach bars too. Staff were great and very helpful and spoke great English.
