A good place to stay before going to Ijen, the room was so bigand clean and the staff is freindly.

Toiletries like body wash are not provided. Besides that the bedsheet might not thoroughly cleaned or was changed. Facilities wise, it is acceptable and the hotel room cleanliness is acceptable too. Overall i am satisfied with the entire experience

With the price, nothing much can complain. Just the breakfast variety can be more

Good place for staying in Bondowoso. I think its better to improve the cleanliness for the bed sheet and the amenities like soap and shampoo especially. But overall good and nice hotel vibes

It is a stopover on the way to Kawah Ijen as the climbing trip starts at midnight. Considered the money paid for the hotel, would say it is an excellent choice for travellers. No complaints on amenities. Though a bit old, everything is working fine. The restaurant in the hotel serves very reasonably priced food. Knowing we are checking out at midnight, hotel provided breakfast pack for us to take away. Recommend for people travelling to ijen.

Spacious parking lot, lots of tourists, the best restaurant food in Bondowoso. The wifi is just not that fast

I will continue to subscribe to Riverside, it is not disappointing, it is a 5 star class in my opinion.

For the room service etc. it's really good But the restaurant service is lacking, not very friendly Then the food choices are also limited and even then we are limited to taking food You can usually take bread, rice etc. Here if you've taken rice you can't take bread, it's a bit disappointing even though the price is quite expensive but not satisfying

If you are looking for peace and quiet you won't find it here. There is always noise, day or night, and you can hardly get a quiet moment. Otherwise the hotel is OK but because of the constant noise I will never come back and so I didn't extend my stay as planned but instead looked for another hotel.
