Hello, I'll start with the photo. The toilet flap is broken, so when I get out of the toilet instead of the shower. Luckily, there are no neighbors nearby, otherwise it would be a disaster. When I asked the Chinese woman at reception, she told me, "Are you on the 8th floor?" [lol] It bothers me to get out of the shower and the windows are wide open. 2. The fridge in the room is broken, so there's no cold water or drinks, and it's super hot, and I'm evil, so I put my insulin pens in the fridge at the hotel entrance. The air conditioning also doesn't work well. It's super hot, so I never recommend it.

Well... If anyone wants to stay in a hotel where James Bond lived in the 70s, then this is the hotel! The room has a toilet with a window + a very bad exhaust fan that sucks in all the smells from smoking + poor sound insulation, and all that. But it's a 25-minute walk from the train station and a 25-minute walk to the center and 15-20 minutes to the stadium, where the famous climb begins. The location is great, but the hotel itself is so-so...

Excellent hotel, the interior gives a special charm of antiquity, the bed/blanket/pillows are excellent, there is hot water, you can take a bath, heating - the room is very warm (this is very important in February) Price, quality - ideal!!! I recommend it if you are not bothered by old furniture and the noise of the air conditioner

It feels pretty good. On the way back to the old town from the airport, public transportation is very convenient. There is a bus at the door. The room is very clean. It is retro overall. The sun is very bright. There is a supermarket nearby.

I stayed here for the second time after three days. It might be the off-season recently. It was only RMB 300 if I booked two days in advance. It was very affordable. It was a coincidence that I was given the same room as last time, but the weather was much better this time. It was nice to watch the sunrise from the balcony in the morning.

This is really a last resort. All the hotels around are booked. The facilities are too old. There is a smell of glue. The sound insulation is poor. Fortunately, I only stayed for one day. Maybe the only good thing is to walk around. At least there are restaurants and so on. But I won't choose it again.

Very old structure. It does not have the services of a 4 star but for 50€ you could not expect more.

I stayed at the hotel in April for six nights. The receptionists and the cafe were very friendly, the bed was comfortable for me, the linen was clean and pleasant, and it was warm enough in the room. Breakfasts are paid, 8€, buffet, there is plenty to choose from, there is always fruit, pastries, and the coffee is wonderful. The hotel is really a bit tired, the door to the toilet in my room didn't close (it wasn't critical for me), the TV didn't work (there was no particular need for it), and the shower curtain was a bit moldy. Since I only slept in the room, I tried not to pay much attention to it.

An excellent hotel, with very spacious and beautiful facilities, overall the stay was good.

There is a Chinese person at the front desk. It is easier to communicate with her when she is on duty. The front desk can help you call a taxi. It is difficult to get a taxi. You must download the APP. The elevator is very small and can only accommodate two or three people. The name of the hotel is very old and the paint is peeling. If you don’t pay attention, you can’t find the name of the hotel.

The “non” stay at the Grand Hotel Elite in Bologna was unfortunately truly disappointing, especially due to the poor customer care shown by the staff. Upon arrival, due to an error in the booking via the app, we found ourselves with the wrong date. Unfortunately, the receptionist we spoke to handled the situation in an unprofessional and downright rude manner, inviting us to leave the hotel without any attempt to find a solution. Fortunately, another member of staff identified our booking and suggested we request a refund, explaining that there were no rooms available for the correct day. Despite this openness, the next day, after contacting the hotel again, we were denied any type of refund, even partial, due to the failure to use the room. We understand the initial error in the booking, but we would have expected greater flexibility and attention to the customer, especially considering that we did not use the room reserved for a subsequent day. Overall, the experience left a bitter taste in the mouth, both for the initial management of the reception and for the lack of willingness to find a reasonable solution to the problem.
