Friendly welcome. Check-in was quick. Room is neat and clean. No coffee/tea in the room, but in the photos. Housekeeping on request. Real key. The hallway is a bit noisy and sometimes some noise from other rooms. Excellent breakfast times. There is enough choice but miss whole wheat bread to cut yourself. Conveniently located at Westfield Mall and close to highways.

So the good news first: good and clean beds. But: very overpriced for the facilities, definitely not worth four stars. Leaky roof in the lobby, broken walls in the room, the ceiling above the bathtub is coming down. The worst thing: the hotel bar is open all night and it is accordingly loud in the hotel and in the rooms. The doors have absolutely no sound insulation and so you feel like you are sleeping in the bar all night. Even at 3:30 a.m. there is still noise in the bar. Not everyone can sleep with earplugs and that shouldn't be necessary given the hotel's standard. The bar would then have to close at around 10 p.m. or midnight to ensure a minimum level of nighttime peace and quiet. In several rooms in November the heating was switched off when we arrived and it was accordingly cold. In one of the four rooms we booked the heating didn't work at all. When we checked out, the staff wanted to charge us twice for the dog, even though it had already been communicated at check-in that only one dog was traveling.
