ННаталья СапароваWe loved absolutely everything! Wonderful spacious rooms, beautiful decor, delicious food, and incredibly polite and attentive staff. We went kayaking, did morning exercises on the upper deck at sunrise, stopped at an island, and rode bikes around it. You could also rent an electric cart. All the organization was top-notch. We definitely recommend it! It felt like pure luxury.

YYoyoyclThe crews on board are fantastic, friendly and caring. The cruise is new and cozy. Food are nicely prepared and sumptuous. According to the crew manager Bruce, we have to board a smaller boat for 45mins to head to the cruise due to their territories issue. However, it does not affect our trip experience at all.
The events arranged such as kayaking, squid fishing and bright cave are interesting and less crowded, my family had a great time during the trip.

小小蔡Breakfast can be, I booked a room with a big bed, a small bed, can accommodate 3 people, suitable for children, drive from Hanoi to Haiphong, then arrange for boarding at the Hai Phong office, service is good, then sail to Halong Bay Open Tour

HhalfdotzThe booking does not include transfer which you need to pay separately. The food served on board is delicious and all are served by course except for lunch on day 2. Drinks (exclude water from water cooler) need to be purchased but the price is reasonable. The tour is fun and the guide/manager share a lot. The staff is very friendly too. They also arranged for surprise e.g. upgrade our room to suite and decoration as it is honeymoon trip. Definitely recommended.
As for the transfer, the ride is comfortable but, the driver has attitude problem. If you did not give tip on your journey to halong bay, he will switch off free WiFi n charging port on our return trip.

MMarcus SpureAn excellent boat, nicely renovated with comfortable rooms and common space. The food was great. You pay for drinks except chilled water and basic tea/coffee/juice at breakfast.
Some fun activities throughout and reasonably priced. Our main guide was Quan or happy Buddha as he liked to be known and he was a lovely man and attentive.
Would strongly recommend the two night option. I think if we only did one night we would have left wanting more.

SShirley Chong Choon LangMy family enjoyed ourselves very much on Rita Cruise which we were switched from Alisa cruise on Ha Long Bay due to unforeseen circumstances. We were promptly informed by Mr Tony Pham, C.O.O. of the company. Transportation from hotel till check-in was smooth. Mr Alex and Mr Happy on Rita cruise made sure all guests were taken care of during the cruise. Food was plenty and well prepared. Activities were reasonable and varied. Kayaking and caves viewing in a boat were enjoyed by all. I had an experience in cooking class on board. My hubby and daughter had fun in squid fishing. The presidential suite we stayed in was amazing. I enjoyed the jacuzzi,massage chair and having fun at the mini golf on the balcony. It was a memorable and unforgettable trip for us. Thank you to Mr Tony for the souvenirs and for constantly checking to make sure we are fine. The gesture is very much appreciated. Check out these cruises if ever in Hanoi.

GGuest UserUpon reaching the dock, we were served politely by the staff. The room size was moderate and the bathtub in the bathroom was a plus. The lunch served was good, whereas dinner was fine dining, and the food was not really suitable for my kids. In the end, they added some french fries for the kids.

KKenWe booked a two night cruise and loved everything about it. The boat is like new and spotless. The staff and crew were polite and professional and the food was outstanding. The service staff for our meals went the extra mile with a smile. We had a room with a balcony, well appointed, clean and comfortable. We honestly wouldn’t change anything about the cruise except we would like to stay longer next time.
