The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They beautifully decorating our suite with flowers for my birthday, making it feel like a real celebration. And if that wasn't enough, they even surprised me by also presented me with a delicious birthday cake during dinner, complete with candles and singing! It was such a lovely touch and made my birthday truly special. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options for all dietary needs. The itinerary was well-planned, with a good balance of activities (kayaking, swimming, visiting caves) and relaxation time. Ha Long Bay's breathtaking scenery left us in awe. Overall, I highly recommend Dora Cruise for an exceptional Ha Long Bay experience! Their attention to detail, kindness, and commitment to making every guest feel special are truly exceptional.
