Overall the hotel is ok. Location is good, very close to the lake. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff is friendly. The room is a big small, and although we have a balcony, the view is the rooftop which is not the best. We booked a room that says” a doubled room”, but found out that it is two beds and we had to push them together if we want a “doubled bedroom”.

Slightly older hotel but very well located (2-3 mins from bus terminal up a slope) and near restaurants. Great if you are taking public transport. Spa was lovely!

The location is great and the breakfast is delicious. The fitness center is small but there are spa services.

Looking at the hotel reviews, there seems to be a mix of satisfaction and dissatisfaction, so I think it's a case-by-case basis. I think I was in a bad room. The renovated room next door looked relatively clean, but my room had very old and outdated furniture. It was a room with a balcony, but it was more like a terrace with poor security than a balcony. It was the first room on the first floor. The toilet paper in the bathroom was just an empty container that was left over after using up all the toilet paper. It was so absurd. I wondered if it wasn't a room that the employees used as a bathroom. It was the first room as soon as I came up the hallway. Breakfast and parking were okay, but cleanliness was a problem.

The room is spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is exquisite and delicious, the hotel is right next to the Bled station and very close to the lake. The dinner buffet is 30 euros, and the nearby Mega Burger is also delicious

The service was very good. I was satisfied with the ample amenities. You need a car or bus to get to the hotel, so it might be a bit difficult for people coming from far away by train.

Super nice, great, central hotel near the lake. Very nice service. Incredibly great breakfast! There is something for everyone and everything is incredibly appetizing! The wellness area is small but fine. We would come back anytime!

The breakfast is very rich and the room is very clean

Mixed experience: the hotel rooms that have not been modernized are really old and not nice anymore. The reception staff is a bit peculiar. On the other hand: a really good breakfast buffet with great staff and a location within walking distance to Lake Bled.

The water from the bath was leaking very strongly, the faucet and the shower were completely stupidly made. The location is good, breakfast too, has its own parking, which is a plus.
