The young lady at cafe counter who assisted us with check in was just fantastic and professional with her job. She's empathetic when we check in quite late and ready to offer any service such as sandwiches etc.. First class attitude and service 👍 Edwin (Singapore)

Best location for photo shooting in vestrahorn, great breakfast, clean room with kettle , ensuite bathroom. Walking distance for northern light point at night.

The hotel environment is very good, with a beach and the sea next to it. Many blockbusters have been shot with Xijiao Mountain as the background!

Nice and clean, good breakfast (especially their cinnamon roll 🥰), but pay attention to the arrival times (several different information on emails and website).

The stay at the Viking Cafe was very pleasant. We arrived in the evening in drizzling rain. We were very happy about the kettle and tea and coffee. Nice hosts, delicious breakfast in a nice rustic atmosphere. The next day the sun was shining, the Vestrahorn mountain in front of the black dune beach was magical and beautiful. Unfortunately, the time to discover everything was far too short.

I was so happy that the Bestrahon entrance ticket was free when I used the Viking Cafe. They exchanged the entrance ticket for the number of people. The breakfast was also satisfactory... If the weather had been good, I would have seen the Aurora at the Aurora Mecca, but it was a shame.

The hotel is in a great location. I encountered some minor problems after check-in, and the service staff was very enthusiastic and solved them in a timely manner.
