Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you

Nice and comfortable hotel located in the city center of Bintulu

The place was really clean and looks exactly in the pictures. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth, and the location is very close to the shopping mall. Would definitely revisit here when I have other business trips.

The location - surrounding do not have shoplot or restaurant. need to take about 10 minutes walk then reach The Spring. The staff was ok, polite and friendly. The room quite big and spacious.

Clean hotel , good location to travel within town area. Free parking. A new bridge nearby to enjoy Sunset is a bonus.

My room is level 1.. a bit noisy at night. Other than that is okay. The bellboy is very helping and the receptionist also nice

Don't let the facade fool you, this hotel is not very clean. In general the rooms have good space but the cleanliness is not up to standard. Also the morning breakfast is horrible, there's practically nothing to eat if you don't eat asian food so take that in mind. Service here is truly the bottom of the barrel, from the check in staff to the room service, no one has a smile on and the unwelcoming vibe is clear. Definitely will be the last time i stay at this establishment.

Cozy…room wall sound proof poor,

I’ve booked the Family Suite for my family. Room was spacious, we have our own living room with divider between the beds, and plus the microwave. Overall, I was happy with the accommodation just that the bathroom was a little bit smaller for that room type.
