The customer service here was a exceptional! Kejal was super helpful with all of our needs, and it's very professional, friendly and calm. She also went above and beyond for me and my husband; we had left an electronic diabetic blood glucose monitoring system in our hotel room, and we didn't realize it until we were out of state. Upon our request, Kejal was able to track it down through housekeeping, turn it off, and mail it to us in Illinois. We are so incredibly grateful to Kejal. Her customer service skills are truly exceptional.

The older reviews on Trip Advisor reflect an old, dingy hotel, but that's not the case anymore. This hotel is in the process of renovating, so we had a VERY clean room. It appears that everything made of fabric was replaced: floors, bedding, curtains, chair. The new floors look like luxury vinyl wood planks, the office chair looks like black leather. The new bedding has a light washable bedspread/top. Also, the shower looks like it has been replaced. Honestly, it was sparkling clean. Also, the front desk associate, Kejal, was very professional and helpful. She went above and beyond with all of our needs. Truly exceptional. Great value! And decent location with several fast food and chain restaurants within 1000 feet. Very convenient.

Worst experience ever. See the photos I took with the descriptions. Unbelievable! I don't know why this property has any good reviews. Anybody could buy better furniture at yard sales. Hotel pictures have a full breakfast advertised. No such thing exists. Hotel pictures show 3 lamps in the room. Only one lamp in mine. Dark and dingy would be my description.

We had a great stay the room was fantastic, the lobby smelled great, loved breakfast. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was quiet and the hotel was easy to get to. Would recommend them and I would stay there again.

This is nice basic motel if you don’t care about bells and whistles. It’s clean, comfortable and offers everything you could need during your stay. There was shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, makeup wipes, ironing board and the best water pressure in the shower I have ever had in a hotel.

Not sure how the existence of such an unclean place is acceptable. A $30 -a day- motel in the middle of nowhere would offer better accommodation. The room we stayed in was filthy , unmaintained and right down disgusting.

Room 101 was horrible dirty, not cleaned properly, curtains ripped, huge gap at bottom of outside door, lamp shade was crooked when we walked in, dust was on furniture, dirt on bathroom floor, toilet had hair and stains, sink around base of faucets was dirty and hair visible, breakfast was not as pictured and no hot food, worst and most deplorable was the bed, before I left I lifted up the bedding as it the sheet would not stay on the king bed and I saw stains, well it was more then one stain, it was disgusting and full of blood and feces stains and whatever else it was. The apparent mattress loose cover was disgusting dirty and looked like never washed. I’m sure the bedspread wasn’t either, there was holes and stains on the bed skirt. I felt very uncomfortable in this room and it ruined our trip. I wouldn’t even give a homeless person this bed to sleep in. You really need to do something about this. I didn’t complain as it was too late and after reading the reviews I saw that no one got any satisfaction.
